I have never left a review before but I’m a person who reads reviews to decide where I am going to spend my money. The massage, although I knew wasn’t with an RMT was very poorly done. Massaged my face (odd) and tried to crack my ears, and ended 5 minutes early. I mostly just sat in silence with little instruction, the entire time I was there, with some “relaxing sounds” coming out of an iPad after about 20 minutes. There was no welcome, no where to hang my coat. While I was getting a manicure, one of the employees was cutting her nails into the sink, filed her nails onto the table at the front entrance and then listened to videos out loud on her phone. The bottles used for the manicure were very dirty, the price wasn’t calculated correctly either and my nails weren’t filed evenly. Overall not impressed with the customer service.

Extremely disappointed. I made two pedicure appoints, for myself and my mother-in-law, a week in advance. The DAY OF, they called to say someone called in sick and they could not fulfill the appointment. I asked if they could still fulfill ONE of the appointments (it was my MIL's birthday), she mumbled a bunch about shuffling around schedules - it became very clear that they were not going to be able to do either appointment - was only one person going to do both of our pedicures at the same time?! Had she been straight and honest with me, I might not have been as upset. First impressions make a deep impact, 301Spa.

January, 2025. We got a gift certificate for a couples massage. Unfortunately our experience was not great or pleasant. First of, It was so cold in the massage room and we found ourselves quickly getting warm under the sheets. I would not call this a massage tbh, more like a lot of oil and soft touches. It was unfortunately not relaxing at all, just worth a 1 star review. And to top it off, we were forced to give 15% tip. I regret I did it. We will never come back.

I went for a regular polish pedicure. I’m not sure the aesthetician knew what she was doing. She ended up putting too many layers of polish on and cured it under a lamp for (shellac). It was bubbly, and did not look finished. I asked for regular. I wasn’t offered coffee or a drink or if I had any sensitives or allergies. I had to go to another spot after to get the polish removed as it was very thick and peeling off. I would not recommend.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the spa. We have visited the spa twice now and both times were excellent. We had a couples massage the first time and then came back for pedicures a week later. Bella is an amazing esthetician. She is very professional, and skilled. Definitely know what they are doing! Nice relaxing atmosphere and very clean environment. Definitely recommend!
