Amatista Spa at The Westin Bear Mountain Resort & Spa

Got a pamper day from my Son & Daughter in Law! Quynh (Quinn) was excellent! Full back, neck, shoulder, arm, hands & chest massage plus an absolutely amazing facial! Quynh is very good at what she does! This is not my first spa experience & everything was perfect! Will be back....maybe with the husband next time! Thank you Quynh!

The massage was beyond excellent. However, the actual spa facility needs alot to be desired. The mineral pool is not an actual a mineral pool. The coffee and tea were both cold. No snacks. There were no robes or towels in any locker. I dont believe there is anyone attending to the actual spa.
