Drove in this morning from Ontario with my wife. We both had treatments all day, massage, facial, scrub etc. It was a bit difficult booking our package that we bought at Xmas. When we arrived we headed to the pools. We noticed the property needed a little maintenance, the lower hot pool none of the jets worked anymore, moved to the upper one which was missing half the jets, but they worked. We both noticed how run down the place has been. Dirty chairs, painting needed, weeds all around, sidewalks not swept, patio not cleaned and pools not prepared in the mornings, cracked pool walls etc.We agreed as a courtesy we would email some suggestion of what we saw. This all changed when both our massage were to start at11. At 11 I was informed mine was stuck in traffic coming from half hr away, then an hour later still had not arrived and given the excuse that it was due to road work. Well we actually took that very road in the morning and there was none or any preparation for some. My next treatment was only later after noon, so I got dressed and told my spouse that I will be back to pick her up at the end of the day. To spend another 3.5 hrs in the property without treatments was not why I came since we have the amenities at home. We love spas, but would not recommend this one. We have 2 more day certificates and will not use them here

Our visit to Amerispa Morin Heights was shockingly disappointing. There was a used condom floating in the hot tub, and no urgency from staff when we reported it. The fact that they didn’t immediately close and drain the pool was deeply disturbing. One of the bathrooms had feces all over the toilet and beyond (and it had been there awhile). It was extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. The whole facility is mismanaged: minimal staff presence, disruptive construction, and a complete lack of cleanliness or safety protocols. The only bright spot was Alain at the bistro, who gave us the royal treatment and comped our meal. He was kind, professional, and the only highlight of our visit. We are avid spa goers, and we will never be returning to Amerispa.

I recently reserved a cocooning package for my family of four. Although I was initially concerned about moving between facilities in a bathrobe due to the temperature being -15°C, all pools and amenities are conveniently located in close proximity. The spa overall is adequate but could benefit from renovations and updates. The outdoor areas offer a pleasant experience, situated within a forest setting. However, some indoor facilities, such as the sauna and steam room, appear outdated. The massage was fine although it would have been nice if the masseur would have actually smiled once. Overall OK, there are better options around in the Laurentians.

Massages were great. The pool we went to was missing quite a bit of water. When the wet sauna turned on, it sounded like the machine was about to break (loud, machine was struggling. anything but relaxing). Multiple poeple walked in, heard the noise and left. Our meal at the bistro was microwaved with the exception of the salad. My 16$ piece of quiche was microwaved and soggy. No one enforcing the cell phone and spa étiquette rules. Overall experience was ok at best. It's not great, not horrible, but it's definitely not worth the 500$ we spent. Unfortunately, we had a much better service and experience at the amerispa in Cantley.

I never like to leave negative reviews, but our experience was very ordinary. The facility is outdated, the finishing touches are poor, the changing rooms are far too close together, and there are no services after 4:30 PM (no food or even drinks). There's no shampoo for the ladies… The young woman who served us, however, was perfect.
