Purchased new hot tub. Within first few months found jet not functioning and light had stopped working. Literally 2 years later after multiple phone calls the owner arrived. He replaced the jet and found the original filled with silicone. He moved another light to replace the damaged one which isn’t really a fix. Then a year later a deformity/crack across the bench seat developed and started leaking mid January during freezing temperatures. Told not covered under warranty due to the fact the warranty begins the date of manufacture not the date of purchase. Even though the damage is clearly structural as there is no support under the bench seat. Provided advise on how to repair myself using epoxy but mentioned had never attempted on such a large crack. Buyer be warned!!

Bill and the staff at Arctic spa are absolutely phenomenal! My hot tub is 11 years old and in spite of any issues that I’ve had, the service has been great. They are always available to provide assistance over the phone which is wonderful since I live over an hour away from Lloydminster. With their combination of a quality spa and excellent service, you will do well dealing with this company!! Sincere thanks to all of them.

Conveniently accessible outlet with friendly staff. I comparison shopped between Edmonton, Bonnyville and Lloydminster outlets. Lloyd was priced lower than Edmonton by a bit and quite a bit as compared to Bonnyville. Worth the trip especially for those higher end items or bulk buying (ie:filters).

We have had our spa for over a year now. Arctic Spa staff have been amazing to deal with and so supportive. Any time we have questions they take the time to help and provide feedback in a timely manner. We highly recommend purchasing!
