I felt welcomed the moment I stepped into the store. The first staff member I spoke to was not able to help me with my question, but kindly directed me toward Charon. Charon goes above and beyond. She was incredibly kind and patient as I explained my question. Charon introduced me to Rudy, who was very friendly and genuine. Zack came to see if our old hot tub that came with the house we purchased was able to be fixed. He explained everything to me, and was very knowledgeable and kind. When it was discovered that our old tub was beyond repair, Janae helped us find the best spa to fit our family. She went above and beyond to make sure that the process went smoothly. They removed our old tub with ease, explained what we needed for the new tub and wow, did they ever deliver! The install guys Zack and Shawn are experts at what they do. Our spa fit like a glove. They got it in place smoothly, as if it were no problem at all. They are kind, efficient, honest, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained the process, and also made sure I was comfortable with the care. They made sure the spa was filled and running before they left. Every time I have stepped foot in Arctic Spas, I have felt welcomed and cared for. Rudy and his staff are absolutely amazing and we will be life long customers!

I have nothing but incredible words to say about Artic Spas Lethbridge. They are phenomenal. From our first visit, Kinga was amazing. She answered all the questions we had and provided extensive information. Once we decided to order our hot tub, she made the process easy. She kept us up to date on when our tub would be delivered and kept in contact throughout the wait. On the day our tub was delivered, we had the pleasure of having Carl and Sean install it. They worked to ensure the tub was placed in the ideal spot. Checking in with me to make sure it was facing the direction we wanted. Once they finished the install, they took the time to walk us through how to maintain the tub and ensure it was working properly. If you are thinking about purchasing a hot tub, I would highly recommend you go and see Linga at Artic Spas. You won’t regret it. We love ours

We could not be happier with the Spa we purchased! Janae was hands down one of the best salespeople we have come across. Charon was also amazing- the entire team is just the best. The install team was on time and friendly and very informative. They cleaned up after themselves and left us with an amazing Spa to enjoy! Thank you Arctic Spa! We will send anyone looking your way!!( the caramels were a nice touch with the drop of package! And locally made- even better!!)

I purchased a hot tub from Arctic spas from Rudy and the team. Everybody was so helpful and they followed through exactly as they said they would. I’ve got some new technology on the spa boy that had to come later which they installed a few weeks later as it came available, they followed through and their installers were great. they have followed up after to make sure I was happy twice in the first two months good job in my opinion Love the new tub

Team Shawn did an absolutely amazing job of setting up our hot tub and gazebo, worked into the evening to get the job done. Great at explaining tub instructions. All around great experience with Arctic spas. Also a shout out to Kinga for helping us get the hot tub and gazebo that best suited us and Charon for getting things organized and of course Rudy for getting us back into a hot tub again.. thank you everyone
