⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic Experience! We had an amazing experience thanks to Jodi. From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect hot tub. She took the time to answer every question—big and small—and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism and warm personality made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. She knew the products inside and out, offered great recommendations, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. If you’re looking for excellent customer service and someone who truly cares about your needs, we highly recommend asking for her. She made our hot tub shopping experience exceptional! Ian&Carmen ⸻

We have been Saskatoon Arctic spa customers for about 25 years. The first hot tub was 20 years old when we decided to upgrade. We believe Arctic Spa hot tubs are the best choice for Canadian winters. Recently, we had planned to head south for the winter so had our tub drained and serviced. Our plans changed and we couldn't picture going through winter without our hot tub so, we contacted Jodi who booked our de-winterization with Ryan and Dave. They were very efficient and we were soaking in the hot tub the next morning. Thanks Arctic Spas. Garry & Constance

Great experience from start to finish! Our salesman Greg, was very knowledgeable and stayed in communication with us throughout the process. The delivery and set up staff were also excellent. Ryan and Tristan were the ones that unloaded and put in place. Ryan left to do another set up, while Tristan stayed to finish our set up. These guys were pros and I can’t say enough good things about how they handled the unload and install as well as themselves. Looking forward to doing more business with this company. 10/10 thanks for everything Arctic Spas Saskatoon!

Greg is the man! One day we walked in to look around and decided it would be nice to see our options for the future. Greg never once pressured us into making a sale and helped us build a custom Kodiak. We put down a refundable deposit to lock in the price and few weeks later purchased it! Have had the tub for around 5-7 weeks not and absolutely love it. The saltwater is very maintenance free other than our weekly shock and our son also loves the lights and waterfall!

Amazing Service! Ryan came out to our home to help us fix-up some problems we were having with our salt water spa. He was excellent - professional, courteous and really knows his stuff. We went from a half full dead tub to a fully working spa heating back up by the end of the day. Helped us replace the salt cathode, and got it all sorted out. We are so happy with our Arctic Spa all weather tub, it has been an investment in ourselves and was worth every penny.
