Athina's Hidden Banya

My SIL and I were gifted the sauna and cold plunge experience at Athina’s. Sylvia (the owner) made it so special for us! She provided robes, fruit, hot tea, body brushing, a foot sugar scrub, and essential oils. She explained everything and made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. The sauna and cold plunge spa area is BEAUTIFUL! You feel extremely comfortable and very private. I would recommend Athina’s Hidden Banya to anyone and everyone! It was an amazing experience and a beautiful time we will remember and cherish forever.

Had the most amazing girls' night at the sauna and cold plunge! The sauna was warm and soothing, the perfect way to unwind, and the cold plunge was an invigorating reset that left us feeling refreshed and energized. The space is so thoughtfully designed—clean, peaceful, and beautifully inviting. We’re so lucky to have something like this right here in Oliver. It’s such a unique way to relax and reconnect. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special experience. Can’t wait to go back!

Athena’s Hidden Banya is truly a hidden gem in Oliver! If you’re into saunas and cold plunges, this is such a unique experience you won’t find anywhere else. The space is spotless, beautifully laid out, and designed to make you feel completely relaxed from the moment you walk in. Everything is so thoughtfully done and the atmosphere is just perfect. Honestly, if you’re in the area and don’t stop here, you’re really missing out. Highly recommended!

Athena’s Banya is an experience unlike anything else in Oliver. Truly unforgettable. While the region is best known for its wineries, this is the hidden gem that takes relaxation to another level. The space is beautifully designed, incredibly serene, and spotless (and I say that as someone who is a self-proclaimed clean freak). It feels restorative in every sense, the kind of place that leaves you lighter, calmer, and recharged.

Amazing setting. Twinkle lights, soft music and privacy. A little getaway. Very well set up and the sauna was amazing. The cold plunge was great once I figured out how to get in without my feet! Hosts were excellent with lots of tips for maximum benefit. Cold water, cool towels were provided. Everything was very clean and hygienic. Everything you could need to rest and reset. I will be going back.
