Ayurveda Holistic Spa

I was gifted the 2-hour "Sacred Touch Fusion 4-Hands-In-1" package by my good friend who wanted to offer me a "nice massage" (she's the best) and did a quick Google search to find options. Um. WOWWWwwwww this was wayyyy beyond that -- what an incredible experience!!! Right off the bat, upon arrival I was greeted me with such warmth and welcome, entering the treatment space felt so comforting. It was clean and well taken care of, and felt like a safe and sacred space. As soon as the treatment began, I felt my body instinctively surrender under the hands of Athena and her team, and proceed to go on a beautiful multi-sensorial and energy healing journey! The combination of spiritual/energetic intention, massage techniques with scent and sound therapy were unlike anything I've ever heard of, truly unique. I was so relaxed, and felt so supported, I cried. Not only that, but the incredible amounts of tension that I had been harbouring in my neck/back/ribcage for over a year were completely gone by the end of it. The team was so professional, empathetic and kind, and I really appreciated Athena's observations and suggestions to take with me after the session. If I lived in Hawkesbury, I'd be doing this regularly. Totally worth the drive up from Montreal. I will definitely come back with my partner and make a day of it! Thank you to the team, you guys are truly angels. <3

I had a session of cupping with Athena today and WOW ! I've been doing cupping for a little while now, first time with Athena and I won't ever go back. She is extremely professional, very caring and the spiritual side is the cherry on top for me ! She will explain everything in detail and her knowledge is beyond what I've seen to this day in therapy. I got out of there feeling calme, pain free and healed on so many level. I already can't wait for my next appointment. Her services are beyond expected 🙌

Athena and Guismar are simply the best. After my first spa day with them, I booked them in to see my brother at the local hospital to give him a nice relaxing spa day. They did a 4 hour spa treatment including feet, nails, back pain relief with full massages. He was elated with the wellness he felt afterwards, and was so happy to feel results beyond words, that he has never felt before. They even cut his hair. I can't say enough about how great these gals are. Treat yourself, you deserve it.

I found Ayurveda Holistic Spa on Google by accident and I am absolutely thrilled to have discovered this hidden gem. I had the most incredible massage experience of my life today, my entire body feels lighter, my aches and pains are gone. I absolutely enjoyed my first experience at this spa well any spa. My first time ever! She explained well her treatments! I have never felt so much lighter and relaxed. She is so sweet and polite!
