Here's my little story. I had a really busy 2025. I helped so many people around me, so much, and I forgot about myself! How many of us make the same mistake? Far too many. I was exhausted, and after a talk with my partner, I decided to treat myself. To think about myself. So I booked a room at the Victorin (4 nights, 5 days) and got massages (2 treatments a day) at the Azur Health Center. What a great decision that was! The worst part is that I live in Victoriaville. I could have gone south, but that wasn't what I needed right now, and deep down, I knew it. You wouldn't believe how pampered I was by the competent and professional staff: Sylvain, Julie (facial and eyebrows—the best!), a wonderful discovery for me, thank you Julie. Marie-Josée (hot stones—best massage ever!), a new experience for me. It was a wonderful gift for me, and I still have tomorrow. The staff are fantastic, especially the receptionist Lucie and the lovely Chantal with her beautiful smile. I felt comfortable with all of them. I wish you good luck in the competition; we all deserve a wonderful gift like this to treat ourselves. Please don't do what I did—don't forget about yourselves and spoil yourselves; you all deserve it. I highly recommend them without hesitation; they are a wonderful team who listen to your needs.

Each time, I feel I'm giving myself a real moment of self-care. I feel listened to, respected, and welcomed with genuine gentleness. Her touch reassures me, her approach soothes me, and I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grateful. I just got back from a one-hour massage with Laurie-Anne Coutier at Azur and I'm on cloud nine!! ✨ A soothing atmosphere from the moment I walked in, a warm and attentive welcome, and above all, a massage therapist who was a great listener, gentle, and very professional.
