Azure Aqua Spa

First off I had this experience with my Daughter. Going into this I had no idea what to expect. All I knew is I needed something to help destress me massage wasn’t helping. So!! I decided to get us a float bath my daughter recently had a child. With positive thoughts and an open mind we arrive at our appointment. I would like to add we were able to change our time with absolutely no issues and they were so nice about it. Arrival- filled out paperwork, got a fancy pair of sandals and were taken into the back room. Change- change room was nice had our robe, they have disposable suits (they’re funny but convenient) Float room- walked in person explained clearly what we needed to do how things were going to be done. They had ear plugs water towels head floats Vaseline in case of ouch’s. Emergency button located by the door. Shower was nice and hot they had body wash hair shampoo in the float room but the conditioner was in the change room. Nice size very dark relaxing the only thing I felt was I was at my funeral the music was like being at one I don’t know if that was just me so I asked my daughter. Nope! Mutual feeling. If I was dying that day wow it was worth it. Lights on means you get out and shower again time to go. At the end of the day it was a great experience and I would definitely do it again. Not a good experience to be very honest. I called in for an appointment but the aesthetician didn't know I was coming. She couldn't speak English that well. The Float room is a rip off. It's way too warm. Unable to breathe. I've been to other hot tubs and you could breathe easy in it. The Vichy massage was decent but its just another person putting product all over your body. $220 could've been spent elsewhere. Unfortunate.

It's been an annual retreat for me and my husband to visit this spa on our wedding anniversary. We took the iconic float and Vichy scrub treatment and felt awesome. We were left rejuvenated and stress relieved! A must visit for everyone looking for some quality spa time and value for money. Hetal, the staff present there, was exceptional in providing the spa services. She is a thorough professional and a wonderful person !

This week, my boyfriend and I enjoyed a couple's spa treatment for both our birthdays. It was an amazing, fun and deeply relaxing experience! Loved floating in the Epsom salt tank and the massage after was excellent. Our two estheticians - Raman and Khushboo - provided expert treatment and exceptional customer care. It was a special experience and I recommend Azure Aqua Spa in Kitchener for deep relaxation and pampering.

Relaxing and healing experience. Have been here multiple times and always gone with my girlfriend for a couple's session. The float rooms are private and very relaxing. The Scandinavian and the halo packages are our go-to sessions. Clean and staff are well trained to assist and keep you informed about the next steps during a session. Keep up the good work ❤️
