I have been consistently impressed with the level of service from Backyard leisure. Everyone I have encountered from the showroom to the delivery team has been very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I have had my hot tub for a few months now and they even continued to help me with questions I had weeks after delivery. We are very happy with our hot tub and the value for the money is great (and I shopped for months before buying). I've recommended a few friends to look at hot tubs here and will definitely continue to in the future.

We purchased our patio set and fire table here. Melanie was so helpful and steered us towards a set that is perfect for us and our deck area. As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed and at ease. The furniture is so comfortable and the cushion colours are the colour for any paw prints! Would recommend this to anyone looking for patio furniture. Very happy with our experience and purchase.

Everything was absolutely the best - from the initial store visit, to the crane hoisting the hot tub up and over my house! The staff has all been friendly, knowledgeable and ready to answers all of my questions… no matter how annoying those questions may have been. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks.

What an amazing company, we had hot tub troubles Christmas Day and we were going to leaving on extended vacation, I was able to contact them with what we required and someone meat us at their store so we could purchase parts to get our hot. tub up and running! We cannot say thank you enough! What wonderful people!!
