Lovely day spa with professional, friendly staff! I was welcomed warmly and the entire experience was very nice! I was expecting more of a full body head to toe relaxation massage vs a mix of Swedish and deep tissue with therapeutic fascia stretching, but it was wonderful anyway and I left feeling great. I would go back but would be more specific about what type of massage I want next time.
My wife came to Balsam Spa for the first time based on online reviews. The owner, Binal, took care of her and threading her eye brows. My wife was very impressed and satisfied with the service. In fact, she has refered my mother in law for the same service. Two thumbs up (from the wifey). August 2024 - New place is spacious and nice. Once again, a great session.
My daughter treated me to a wonderful spa day at Balsam Spa on Friday, January 30 — a full 3 hours of pure bliss! ✨ Facial, body scrub, and scalp massage. Thank you to the amazing ladies for making us feel so relaxed and truly pampered. Such a beautiful experience! 💆♀️💖~ Lana Kivell …
Balsam Spa is the best! The spa is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Binal is MY GIRL for eyebrow threading and I’ve been going to her for years. I’ve tried other services like waxing and I’m always impressed. All the staff are kind and professional too. I highly recommend!
Balsam spa is extremely clean, truly calm and wonderfully caring. All the staff are courteous and kind. The threading and waxing services are professional, even for my teen with sensitive skin. Binal and Daniella have been so great, we absolutely love this place!
