Bartlett's Point Park

Beautiful park. They did a great job with converting the old homestead into park, and it has a beautiful view looking down towards the mouth of the Humber River (and the communities lining both shores of said River) The park is well maintained. It also has a few amenities (including a walking trail and restrooms).
We love the park. No real complaints but I wish there was parking up top. Some family members loved going with us, but as they are getting older it's difficult for them to walk up the hill from the parking lot. Beautiful park, grandchildren enjoy the playground and I love the proximity to the beach.
A lovely waterfront park officially opened in 2016, so all the facilities are nice and new. I you want a place to park your car go through the Bay of Islands Yacht Club to the parking area below the park. There is beach access at the parking lot and at the west side of the park.
I love this place! Great place to bring the family. There's a playground, swings, walking trails, a rocky beach, picnic tables, covered picnic table, washrooms and great views. What else could you ask for?
Beautiful scenery But the signage indicates that the park is open from 8am to 10pm? This ,it appears does not include washroom facilities?? At 7: 50 pm? Locked up solid!!! Not acceptabe!!
