Bioclean Aquatic Centre

Our experience was mediocre at best. The facility isn't too bad, it has some nice features however, we went to this pool with our infant thinking it would be a nice escape from the cold; we were fooled. The water was freezing. It was so cold our infants hands and feet were turning purple. I couldn't believe how cold it was for a kiddy pool. Then on top of that the kiddy pool is connected to the wave pool which may be okay if you have an older toddler but for us it really wasn't a great time until the waves stopped. We went into the hot tub to warm up briefly but the hot tub was so over populated because no one wanted to sit in frezing cold water on an already cold winter day. If the temperature of the pool was 5-10 degrees hotter it would be a decent pool and if the kiddy pool wasn't getting bombarded by waves while the wave pool was active, the pool would be excellent.

I took my son here for the first time today.When I told them it was our first time Lexi and Rowan welcomed us with a smile. They gave us a tour, taught us how to use the new lockers and were just great with the public in general. There was a huge obstacle course that we had a blast on and the waterside is great. This place also has a wave pool and you can sit and have food without having to leave the pool. Thank-you for a wonderful experience and I hope you are greeted like we were by all the staff. We have always enjoyed going to the pool- but the last few times the cleanliness has been pretty bad. I did bring it up to the front desk and to a lifeguard and was told thats "normal" during public swim. I couldnt step anywhere without stepping on hair, mud, bandaids or garbage in the family change rooms. We went into the womans after seeing how bad the family ones were and the women's weren't a whole lot better- mud and dirt tracked everywhere.

Pool was great, however when I tried to leave they asked me to wait 10-15 minutes for them to clean. They made me wait over 20 minutes before allowing me to enter the room to grab my things; such as a towel or clothes.. Never in my life have I been forced to stay somewhere and be so uncomfortable, but then not get an apology or even a refund for the inconvenience. Thanks for the blue hands and feet.

Awful service in food area. Girls working there didn’t come to us for around 12 minutes. Came to us only after we called them, we made our order and waited for it around 20 minutes, not because of big amount of orders,but because girls did not work quick and were just talking among themselves. Awful service, please fix this problem.
