That machine is just like an effortless foam roller, but with wooden material and red light therapy. After a long day of working at a desk with some time to kill, I walked into this beautifully spacious spa and was taken to the machine immediately. That warm rolling machine brought warmth and mobility back into my body. You can use it on a whole body. There’s even a poster with different poses that you can follow. My feet, back and stomach liked it the best! I swear that it helped with bloating. Oddly enough, my stomach being massaged was definitely my favourite. It’s this cute little cubby that you can relax in. Listen to music, detach from work or have a moment of peace from the outside world. I took an extra long massage and had my partner come beside me. It was lovely to see him use the machine as we caught up with our days. The curtains can be opened so you can bring a friend if you’d like a little bestie time Would definitely recommend to anyone into lymphatic drainage, has a sore “office worker” body or frequently works out.

An incredible experience at Body Roll and Spa Sherwood Park! I tried the body roll massage and it was absolutely amazing. After just one session, I felt lighter, the swelling in my body went down, and my muscles were completely relaxed. The salon has such a cozy and clean atmosphere, and the staff are very attentive and professional — they explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. Body roll massage isn’t just about relaxation — it truly works! After just a few sessions, my skin feels firmer, my posture improved, and I noticed a reduction in body volume. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to take care of their health and feel great in their body!

If you’re on the fence about trying this - DO IT. I can’t believe this place isn’t fully booked every day. These machines are a godsend!! My whole body feels energized and refreshed after only 1 session. The price is WAY cheaper than a massage and is fantastic for loosening up the muscles and getting the circulation going. Maggie is excellent at guiding you through how to position your body, but ultimately you can truly customize your experience to wherever your body needs the attention most. The price is amazing and I’m going to be bringing back everyone I know on the regular. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Maggie!!

First time going to body roll spa with my friends and it was a unique relaxing experience. Magda (owner) is with you to explain how it all works and demonstrates which area of your body you want to work on such alternating between your back, legs, arms. You can control the speed of the roller and intensity of the heat. This machine helped with circulation, clearing tension spots, and relaxing. The studio is spacious, clean, and dimmed lighting when sessions are happening. Definitely recommend!

I treated myself to a boujee hair wash, and you should too! :) It was a relaxing experience that included a really nice arm and shoulder massage, and my hair felt so nice afterwards. The only thing that would’ve made it better is if it included hair drying while I was lying there in zen. lol but all in all it was a wonderful experience.
