We had an awesome stay recently and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The Chic Shore Dome has everything you need. The kitchen is totally equipped, the beds are comfortable, the toilet works better than my flusher at home and there is tons of hot water for the shower. The internet is perfect with Starlink, the projector and pull down screen is a nice touch, so we watched Netflix. The equipment (bbq, pizza oven, Solostove) are all high end. There was a canoe, kayak and paddle boards tied up to the platform for our use. Ryan our host was top notch. Accessible, accommodating and had an easy way about him that just went with the relaxing vibe of the place. He was all about making everything perfect for our stay. The water is crystal clear and we laid in bed and watched the night sky. Very private so the skinny dipping in the morning was wonderful. It is all on a 36x36’ floating platform and powered by solar and propane. There is a backup Honda generator if necessary. A unique experience. The week before there was a family from Germany that stayed for a week. Book early as this place gets booked up quickly. Temagami at its finest.

Chic Shore’s amazing floating yurt on beautiful Lake Temagami was our little piece of paradise for two short nights. The spaciousness (both inside and out) and attention to detail of this geodesic dome and its zero footprint design left us all awe-struck and wanting more days and nights. This, coupled with Ryan’s hospitality and customer first philosophy, helped to create the perfect environment to experience the serenity and tranquility of beautiful Lake Temagami that provided much needed rejuvenation for the soul. Thank you Ryan for creating such an unforgettable and unique adventure for everyone to enjoy. (Even at 6AM your willingness to retrieve our blown umbrella was beyond the call of duty 😊) Look forward to future experiences with you and Chic Shore.

This is the best experience and Lake Temagami is a beautiful lake. Ryan our host and the owner was exceptional. He was there twice a day to check in on us and was quick to send any items we needed. A lot of creativity and hard work was put into creating this unique villa with all the comfort required to enjoy your weekend. Everything you need was provided at the water villa. All you need to bring is your personal items and food. Kids had a fabulous time paddle boating and using the lily pad. It was great to just unplug from your daily routines and relax 😌 Thank you Ryan and Family. Highly recommend this unique experience.

We have just returned from an awesome 2-night stay in the dome. At first I was worried it was just eye candy and that novelty was the main draw, but as we settled in, all the thoughtful touches became apparent, and we found ourselves settling into a wonderful rhythm, wanting for nothing yet deeply connected to our surroundings. As someone who has one foot in firmly planted in the pared-back bliss of canoe-camping and the other in the service-driven luxury travel business, I found Chic Shore bridges the two in all the right ways.

Chic shore is amazing. I had an amazing 1 week experience with my pals. The host is an accommodating and friendly person. The scenery is beautiful, there is truly nothing like Tomagami. The bay we were placed in was perfect, secluded and there is an awesome rope swing just up the water. My friends and I loved taking the paddle boards out to it and launching off. Overall I had a 10/10 experience and will 100% be back next year. Thank you chic shore!
