Came here bright and early (745am) for a 2 hour session over the weekend, and it did not disappoint. I left rejuvinated and feeling great! The sessions are staggered so you don’t see anyone else while you’re doing the orientation and getting into your unit. Parking was cheap as we came before Granville Island shops were open (bonus!) but an appointment mid day could be subject to circling around waiting for a spot, and a higher rate. After entering and watching a quick orientation video, staff personally walk you to your door. You walk directly into your clean personal washroom. The floors are heated, so you’re comfortable from the second you step in. The container is as beautiful as it looks in the videos/photos online. The plant walls are thriving. The rainfall shower is peaceful, and sitting on the bench while showering is just the beginning of many zen moments you’ll have. We couldn’t hear any external sounds other than birds. The cedar tub is clean and comfortable for soaking in. The provided tea is a perfect blend. But my favorite part was the wellness pod. It was incredibly relaxing laying in the dark and taking in the sounds and air while being still. I did not immerse myself in the cold tub after as it was only 3’ outside, but stepping into it knee deep was enough. The riverbed rocks are surprisingly warm and comfortable to lay on afterwards. One thing to note is that it does require the full 20 mins to end the session if you have long hair. 2hrs was more like 1.5: first 10 = changing & showering, final 20 = showering & changing. I would only recommend the shorter session if you have short hair. All in all, I will go back again and highly recommend circle Wellness for a special treat. Well worth the value!

this is one of my favourite spots in vancouver. while i miss the cozy cute east van spot, the new digs on granville island are really beautiful. it’s a perfect set up for a couple hours of ultimate relaxation, you have everything you need to just completely let go. i’m generally not a fan of anything other than traditional sauna, but the wellpod is such a different experience, it’s not really comparable to the average sauna/cold plunge thing. going in there and stretching is pure bliss. my absolute favourite thing about circle is that it’s private. i don’t have to make small talk with strangers, and i don’t have to wear a bathing suit. that’s truly what i’m there for; solitude and freedom. absolute heaven, would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Amazing place to relax and recharge. Been there during all seasons and I recommend going when the Vancouver weather is a bit colder - experiencing rain when in Circle Wellness is next level. They always have a fresh batch of delicious herbal tea ready as well as hot and cold water and ice. The wellness pod gets completely dark for a couple of minutes and you might want to be prepared that. But honestly, we've had one session without the darkness and it does not leave you as relaxed as when you can't see a thing. Be prepared to leave this place completely buzzing and ready to hit the bed.

My partner and I had initially shied away from Circle Wellness due to the price, but I decided to book it for a special occasion, and it completely exceeded every expectation. The space is so thoughtfully designed, from the layout and fixtures to the lighting, ambiance, and overall flow of the experience. Every detail is intentional and calming, creating a true sense of escape from the city. What they have built is not just a wellness space but a beautifully curated experience that restores both body and mind. We are absolutely coming back.

What a pleasant experience. 90 minutes seems perfect for the time in there. I think two hours would be better if you came with another person. I went alone this time, but I’ll bring my fiancé next time. Everything‘s perfectly designed and I feel amazing after leaving. It’s a very relaxing experience. It allows you to be with your own thoughts and clear your mind. I went on a rainy day, which was pretty cool because part of it open to the sky. The cold plunge isn’t too cold, it sits around 10° so that’s workable for most people.
