We discovered CK Spas after visiting a dozen hot tub stores between Mont-Tremblant and Chateauguay. Dana and Charles are a cut above the rest with their excellent customer service, both pre- and post-sale. Dana was very patient in answering our multiple questions before helping us select the right spa for our needs. She is exceptional at transferring her extensive knowledge of spa water maintenance. Charles installed our new spa for us in Morin-Heights the week before Christmas, notwithstanding the snow. He excels at spa installation, maintenance, and repair. At CK Spas, we always feel welcomed no matter the number of questions we have, and we always receive the best in customer care.

We had a specific and challenging requirement - it's to go in a backyard without direct access, for a townhouse. A boom truck would be difficult for the street space, neighbors and insurance. CK Spas has a 2-3 people model that's 30" tall -- it can go through doors, but it's still weights over 600 pounds and it's difficult to maneuver through the house but this team was awesome. Not only did they take the challenge but they executed at perfection. It helps that the owner was a professional mover before, but wow, it was quite the challenge! They are super friendly, focused on customer service and family values. I highly recommend them!!

My wife bought a spa a few weeks ago! Wow is all I can say! The customer service is absolutely amazing and the selection of spas is incredible! The prices are really affordable and they even have refurbished for those who have a limited budget! The delivery was fast installation was on point! The guys knew what they were doing! We bought our hot tub from CK Spas back in 2020 and have had nothing but great experiences from this family owned store. Great customer service, super knowledgeable about their products, always reachable and great prices. We live over 30 minutes away but we make the drive out to their store 2-3x a year to refill our products from them only.
