I recently visited Clear Nordic Spa and overall had a really good experience. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and I appreciated that everyone respected the rule of silence — it really added to the peaceful vibe. We went on a Friday night, and it was quite busy. We had booked a 2-hour session and, like most people, stayed for the full time. Because of that, the change rooms got a bit crowded at the end of our session. There are only two showers in the womens change room and unfortunately, the water pressure wasn’t great. It took a while to rinse off, which made the wait for a shower a bit longer than ideal. If the water pressure were stronger, things would probably move more smoothly. Despite that, the spa itself was very clean, the staff was professional and the experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I’d definitely go again — maybe next time on a quieter time of day.

What a lovely space in SW Calgary! The spa is surprisingly bigger than you’d think for its location, and they did a fantastic job with the decor and aesthetics. We completed 3 cycles of hot/cold/relax during our 2-hour session, and tried all of the different saunas (the steam sauna gets HOT!). The cold plunge seemed hard at first, but you get used to it surprisingly quick. We also loved relaxing in the social space between our hot and cold cycles — you’ve got to check out their table that draws patterns in sand, it’s mesmerizing (photo below). Everything was really tidy and clean, and the staff were very helpful in setting us up. Super calm and relaxing environment — would definitely recommend checking out Clear Nordic! Great date night out.

5/5 – Amazing, Relaxing Experience at Clear Nordic Spa! My recent visit to Clear Nordic Spa was absolutely amazing. The entire experience was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The facility is spotless, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I loved the variety of saunas, hot pool, the cold plunge. Everything felt perfectly balanced for a healthy, refreshing evening. They really think of everything: robes, towels, slippers, water, and even herbal tea are all provided, so all you need to bring is your bathing suit! The tea is delicious, and the atmosphere makes you forget you’re still in the city. It’s truly a perfect little getaway right in Calgary. Highly recommend!

Clear Nordic Spa is the perfect blend of relaxation, calm atmosphere, and welcoming staff. From the moment you walk in, everything feels peaceful! I love that I can recharge both my body and mind in one space. You can tell that care and intention went into building this space. And now… the cold plunge. Let’s be honest, I thought I was brave. Turns out I might need to work on my Viking bloodline! Stepping in felt like being personally greeted by a thousand polite but very enthusiastic ice cubes. Overall, Clear Nordic Spa is a beautiful retreat and an absolute must visit! Cold plunge and all. Highly recommend!

I have been going to clear for over a year now and I love it. They treat members SO well! Always so friendly. The space is also epic and always super clean! I’ve attended other thermal spas in Calgary and I always come back to clear because of its ease of use, amazing facilities and amazing staff. They also have a nice kombucha selection:) This is my favourite place to celebrate the happy moments and cope with the less desirable days. Like this is the first place I’ll go when I’m not okay. Thank you for being here. You make my life better!
