Cloud 9 isn’t just a spa it’s a whole experience. I went in expecting a massage and walked out feeling relaxed, spoiled, and slightly dangerous with how good I felt. Their team is amazing at what they do, whether it’s massage, manicures, or pedicures. You can tell they’re the real deal. But here’s what people don’t talk about enough: the boutique. If you haven’t checked out their retail section, you are missing out. They have locally crafted gifts, crystals, incense, jewelry (often on sale!), and so many unique items you won’t find anywhere else in Camrose. It’s the perfect place to treat yourself and pick up gifts without running all over town. Gift certificates? Yes. And trust me you become the hero of any birthday or holiday when you show up with one. If you’re searching for “best spa Camrose,” “massage therapist Camrose,” “manicures and pedicures Camrose,” or “local gift shop Camrose,” Cloud 9 is absolutely worth the visit. Go for the pampering, stay for the shopping. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in which is exactly how a spa should be.
I went for the first time and had a mixed experience. The pedicure was great, but when I slipped on their sandals to walk to another room my toes got scuffed. The fix was to apply more nail polish on top of the scuff, so my toes dried super lumpy. I ended up taking off the polish the second I got home because it looked so bad. I would recommend bringing your own flip flops to make sure this doesn’t happen. The facial was good, and the person who provided the service was really nice. The place was nice, clean, and had a calm atmosphere. The big downside was when I went to pay. I was going to pay with some giftcards I had received as a present. The newer giftcard worked fine, but I also had an older one. If you have an older gift card, I would suggest checking to see if it’s good before you use it. My second gift card was not accepted, and since I didn’t have a receipt for it I didn’t bother arguing, but it did mean I was out a lot of money I wasn’t planning on spending.
Spring is in the air, especially with my new set of nails by Ashley! I haven’t been to Cloud 9 since the new ownership transition. I am more than pleased with my experience. The front entry flows with practical spa merchandise- the staff are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Tons of services offered, including skin care. I’m excited for my next visit.
If you are looking for your Pinterest perfect nail artist, Ashley at cloud 9 knocks it out of the park. She gave me exactly what I was looking for in a set of nails. From the length, shape, to color selection & the good company, I’ll for sure be back for my fill! Pink nails was my inspiration photo, the blue set are the results 😍
I am not usually one to leave reviews, but unfortunately, I do NOT recommend getting your nails done here. I went here to get my nails done for sisters wedding and these are how they turned out. The service was extremely expensive, and the customer service was handled very poorly. In the end, I was denied a refund :(
