Coast Spas Lethbridge are top notch!! Going into this I have a lot of questions and Mitch (and his team) answered all of them in great detail. They have been very flexible throughout the process too. I could not say enough good about this hot tub and then the quality, authentic customer service on top of it makes it a no brainer to buy your tub with Coast Spas Lethbridge. Very nice showroom with excellent selection of tubs. On our first visit we met the service man who showed the tubs and was very knowledgeable and courteous. From there we dealt with the manager Mitch who was also very nice and very patient to deal with as we had difficult time deciding between a couple of their beautiful tubs. Great hot tub shopping experience with these guys and they even gave a sponsorship to our sons hockey team. Highly recommended!

We recently purchased a Apex L Curve from Banner Recreation in Lethbridge and received outstanding service from our first visit until the final delivery. Salesmen Paul and spa tech Jason took the time to explain all the features and did an amazing job installing it in the backyard of our dream home in the Crowsnest Pass. We highly recommend Coast Spas and are very happy with our purchase which we have enjoyed every night.

Top Level Service - I recently asked if they could do a service on my hot tub as I had sold it and wanted to assure the new owner was not in for any surprises. Dawson called to confirm the appointment, he showed up on time, and walked me through the make-up of a hot tub. He found a small leak and explained why it was leaking and that it was a quick fix. He fixed it, we tested it, and we are good to go!

We had an excellent experience working with coast spas to pick out our spa. Mitch was very helpful in explaining the components that make a coast spa have the high quality that it does. He was helpful but never pushy, which is always great when you are making a big purchase. We are very much looking forward to the delivery of our spa.
