We had the worst experience this weekend at the spa. We requested for a couples spa package with add on facial. The only thing good was the facial. The spa package was a body scrub and a massage. The entire experience felt very rushed and the therapists were just doing the body scrub and massage for the sake of ending the time. The scrub was mediocre with diluted scrub. Neither me nor my partner felt any scrub in the scrub. It was inconsistent throughout our body and rushed through. Next was the massage which left us feeling frustrated and annoyed. Throughout the entire massage, we kept asking the massage therapist to add more pressure, but instead she was pinching my body. There was no flow or consistency in the massage. My therapist used either her elbow or pinched me the entire time. She took 5 minutes on my right leg and 20 minutes on my left leg. When the massage finished, we were both more annoyed than relaxed. We brought this to the manager's attention, who is apparently in the beauty industry for years. Instead of understanding the issues, she kept justifying that it was a different technique of massage and was not accepting any feedback. For someone who gets massages on a regular basis, this was by far the worse experience we ever had. On top of that, we were asked to pay $700 for the service which ended in disappointment and frustration, instead of relaxation. It was honestly the worse experience we ever had and we dont recommend this spa or any of their therapists.

I visited this spa for a body massage on my birthday, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was incredibly soothing — soft lighting, calming decor, and a beautifully clean, cozy room that instantly made me feel relaxed and welcomed. What made the experience even more special was the amazing staff. Every single person greeted me with genuine warmth and love, showering me with heartfelt birthday wishes and making me feel truly cherished. The massage itself was heavenly — so professional, attentive, and tailored to my comfort. This wasn’t just a spa visit — it felt like a moment of self-love and care made possible by people who genuinely enjoy what they do. Thank you to the entire team for turning my birthday into a memory I’ll hold close forever. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, pampering, and positivity! 💆♀️💖🎂

I had an amazing experience at this spa. The setting is beautiful and peaceful — the moment you walk in, you feel relaxed and welcomed. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, from the calming ambiance to the high-quality products they use. The service was truly exceptional. All the staff were warm, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. A special compliment to the spa practitioner who took care of me — she was not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also genuinely caring and attentive. She made me feel completely at ease and ensured that every part of the treatment was done with precision and care. It’s clear that everyone here is passionate about what they do, and it shows in the quality of the experience. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and deeply impressed. I highly recommend this spa and look forward to my next visit!

Booked a manicure and pedicure prior to my wedding. The experience was great in terms of the customer service, however the quality of my manicure was extremely poor. Bubbles in the application, no defined shape, no wrapped tips leading to lifting within 24 hours, polish onto my cuticles. For the price the quality of the service was poor. Based on conversations, it appears manicures and pedicures services are an after thought here (no dedicated space, no pedicure chairs but instead a large bowl for less than 5 minutes of soaking). The manicure was similar to that I would do quickly at home on my own. I cannot possibly fathom how the price is justified given the quality of the service, luxury products do not justify the price to me. I have had spa manicures and pedicures on the regular for many years, and this was far from a luxury experience.

I had an amazing experience at Damara Day Spa in the Delta Grand Okanagan! The service was outstanding — the staff are so friendly, welcoming, and truly make you feel cared for from the moment you arrive. I love that we get to enjoy the hotel amenities at the Delta Grand as part of the spa visit — it really makes it feel like a complete luxury getaway. The spa has recently done some minor renovations, and it’s super clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. They use high-quality products like Eminence Organic, BCL, Jane Iredale, and Footlogix — all of which make the treatments feel extra special. It’s no surprise this spa has been nominated as one of the best in Kelowna multiple times — they absolutely deserve it! Perfect spot for relaxation, especially for couples. Highly recommend!
