I got the spa package that included a facial and a massage, and I had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to Sarah. Her expertise and attentiveness made both treatments incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The overall service was friendly and swift. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. They were professional and ensured everything ran smoothly without any unnecessary waiting. The facilities were clean, which is always a top priority for me when visiting a spa. However, I did notice that they were a bit dated. While this didn’t detract from my experience too much, a little modernization could enhance the ambiance and overall appeal. Despite this, the environment was a perfect platform for relaxation. The calm and serene atmosphere helped me unwind completely, making it a pleasant retreat from the everyday hustle. For the price, the access to the amenities and the quality of the treatments made it a worthwhile visit. I left feeling refreshed and pampered, and I would definitely consider returning, especially if Sarah is available for treatments again. Overall, Damara offers a pleasant and relaxing experience that is good value for money. With friendly staff, clean facilities, and exceptional service, it’s a great place to unwind and indulge in some self-care.

I have came to this spa a couple times now. This time this spa visit started off with the front desk calling me to change my spa time for my partner and I. I understand things come up and I easily was able and did change the times for the spa time. We both had a couple massage. We then went t to enjoy the water therapies, the women’s changeroom whirlpool was out of service, the sauna did not turn on and the hair dryer did not work after getting out of the shower. For the men’s changeroom, the sauna or the steam room did not work. My partner spent time trying to see why it’s not working. He was able to have a shower and that was all he enjoyed when it came to the water therapies. The total amount for just the massage and no amenities was not worth the amount of money. Not pleased with the services.

Amazing service at the Damara Day Spa Niagara Falls! The gentlemen working the front desk named Shubam was so kind and accommodating! I head Laurie for my Japanese head spa treat and it was fantastic so relaxing. They start off using a camera and showing you your hair follicles and scalp condition then tailor a treatment for you concerns then after the blissful hour long treatment that puts you in heaven they use the camera again to show the difference! First time there and most definitely won’t be my last can’t wait to try more treatments in the future! The lounge and change rooms are super nice as well and they have a large variety of products to purchase.

We had the couples treatment: full body scrub and 1 hrs full body massage. Basically a 2 hours treatment for 2. Let me just first say, it was phenomenal! From start to finish. Taz and Nerri were absolutely incredible. It was so relaxing that after our treatment, we were a bit dozed off. This was my first time at Damara and it will jot be my last. I highly recommend this spa. It’s clean, organized, everyone is super professional and courteous.

Damara Day Spa exceeded all expectations. The spa is clean and very relaxing. Fernando provided the best massage I have ever had. He focused on my aching back and shoulders and provided relief with just the right amount of pressure. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the service. If you plan on visiting Damara Day Spa, be sure to request Fernando. He is wonderful. I will return again. Thank you so much!
