My experience here was mediocre, but could easily go from a 2-star to a 5 with one small service tweak. A pre-facial consultation. The young woman who worked on my facial had excellent technique. She was kind, professional, and knew how to massage the face and correctly remove soaps and masks gently without getting it into the hair. She was lovely, and I was happy to have met her. What could be better and elevate this facial experience is a 'pre-service' consultation to assess the skin prior to getting their "palettes" of wash and creams ready. I did complete a form when I booked the facial, but that relies entirely on the client's assessment of their skin and assumes nothing changed in the weeks prior to the apt. A professional facial involves the aesthetician looking at your skin and doing a consultation before beginning. On my booking form, I wrote a preference for products without perfumes and a soapy facewash. I received a highly strawberry perfumed type mask (not sure what part of the service it was). Had we discussed the products beforehand and reviewed the form she could have explained the products she selected for me and why, including the various scented products she was using. It helps the client reiterate preferences and also give the aesthetician time to educate on products and sell them. I was planning on buying a whole face line, but there was zero discussion on what was being used, so I left without anything. Lastly, I was overcharged and weeks later I have called three times and received nothing back yet. So--great employees, wonderful technique, but a pre-consultation would just elevate the experience a bit from 2 star to a 5 star experience.

Had a couples hot rock massage with Natalie and Elizabeth and we both thought it was a fabulous massage. My partner bought me this for my birthday and I was very impressed with the quality of the massage! I live in Australia and regularly have massages there and this massage rates higher!

I had THE BEST facial tonight with Elizabeth. She was extremely knowledgeable and so kind. I appreciated her answering all my skincare questions and the massage was a bonus! I HIGHLY recommend her if your looking to have the most amazing skin!

From the moment we walked in we were taken care off! Chrissy was amazing!!!! I have had many facials and she had something new to offer with her massage techniques and her facial touch. Will be coming back.
