Eden Spas Jacuzzi

Edit: add to review: i wasn't super impressed to find out that the new temperature sensor I requested tops out at 104°. No fault of Eden or Jacuzzi; blame the government. Anyway I got a callback from one of the techs with a suggestion. It worked! I gained a couple of degrees. Thanks again Eden!! Rated 4 stars because there isn't ½ stars; otherwise 4½. Nobody's perfect. I'm in the customer service industry as well, visiting people's homes plying my trade, so I'm well aware of home owner's needs and expectations. We inherited (my first) hot tub with the purchase of our home. Bit of a learning curve for me. From my first visit to Eden's showroom/storefront, notably we've been treated well. I provided our address, our spa was on record. We recently required some maintenance. Our technician, Ken, was prompt, professional, and courteous. Relaying this because I respect a nice review from customers whom I always try to do a good job for, which I what we've received from Eden. Thanks to Sydney at the front counter and to Ken on-site. 😊

Amazing place to deal with, my husband and I went and looked at every place in town and by far eden spa has the best and friendliest customer service, Landon was very knowledgeable and made the purchase and financing easy to deal with. The two gentlemen that came to install our new tub and take away the old one were also amazing, they set it up exactly where we wanted it and explained all the maintenance and answered anything we needed to know, the best part of all of it was there was no delivery change or set up charge! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for hot tub to start here.

Just bought my new hot tub from here! They set it up for me and everything with no hassle! My back couldn't take it, but they were more than happy to help. The lovely lady working the front desk informed me about everything I needed to know (and more) about my 2023 hot tub☺️ thank you Eden spas!☺️ PS. The front desk lady called me weeks later to make sure the hot tub was doing me justice and I told her it was and my back is better thanks to her and the eden spas team☺️

Experts on hot tubbing, supplying the industry standard Jacuzzi brand. They helped us select the right one, and went out of their way to accomodate our need to test one at their location. Sales persons and management maintained prompt and clear communication. Pre-Installation instructions were spot on. Follow up on water care as we got used to the system was helpful and proactive. Thanks to everyone at Eden!!

The staff at Eden Spas are second to none in regards to customer service and care. From the moment I purchased my Hot Tub, I felt as though I was listened to throughout the sales process! I had a minor issue that the service team rectified immediately. If you are looking for a great hot tub and even better after sales service...look no further!
