We received a warm welcome by Adam upon arriving. First off, it was incredibly clean. The change rooms with warm shower were great. Nice cubbies to place your clothes, shoes, etc. It was a chilly day and we didn’t think we would sit outside. Wrong! We enjoyed all aspects of the experience. He explained the sauna and was happy to answer any questions being careful to say that was his preference and not to say it was what everyone would want. The window in the sauna to the forest was lovely. The outdoor shower pre cold plunge was convenient. Easy walk into the cold plunge. The patio with the fireplace was a great place to stay a bit cool after the sauna. I will definitely be back. Fantastic experience.

Such a beautiful and serene spa. My partner and I loved our time here and we both felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after our session. Our time slot was not full. It was only us and another couple which was nice. Two hours was the perfect amount of time to really be immersed in the experience. Adam made sure that our session was top notch by making sure we knew where everything was and by making sure the temperatures of the sauna and cold plunge were adequate. We will definitely be back when we get the chance :). I would recommend bringing a bath/spa robe for sitting by the fire - we forgot ours, but luckily we had extra towels with us.

KV Nordic Spa is an absolute gem! If you’re looking for a relaxing, rejuvenating experience, this place is a must-visit. The sauna is incredible—hot, spacious, and truly authentic. You can feel the stress melt away as soon as you step inside. The whole spa is beautifully designed, with a perfect balance of nature and modern comfort. The cold plunge is refreshing, and the atmosphere is so peaceful. Whether you’re unwinding alone or with friends, this place is pure. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Kingburne. This facility is the perfect example of "if you're going to do something, do it right". This is the most stunning sauna/cold plunge experience you will find - the most peaceful setting, SO clean, and so beautiful. My body felt amazing for days after, and my nervous system has never been so calm. 10/10 recommend.
