Elements Day Spa

I’ve seeing Dana (RMT) at Elements Day Spa for a while now. She is an excellent massage therapist, always paying special attention to spots that need a little love. The spa itself is beautiful and gives that true spa experience- complimentary drinks, locker room with robe, shower for after your treatment. Really nice added touches that makes your massage experience that much better. Thanks Elements!

I have never experienced such a unique pedicure including the use of tuning forks, spiritual cards, uniquely chosen essential oils for my own personal experience and the use of relaxation exercises before we began. My favourite part was the mud on my legs and the very different Tai massage afterwords. I found my new pedicure spa for sure. Danyell was incredible and very knowledgeable.

I had an amazing experience with Lizzy! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered the perfect natural, effortless look. I felt so comfortable throughout the whole appointment, and she paid attention to every detail without making me feel overdone. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands “natural glam,” Lizzy is the one. Highly recommend!

If you really want something special, treat yourself to the head spa. Hands-down the best spa treatment I have ever had. Better than any facial or body treatment. My hair feels like a million bucks and it was the most relaxing experience. Cannot say enough good things about this treatment or Elements Spa

Very pleased with my experience here! Staff were warm and welcoming. The ambiance was peaceful, relaxing and a little posh. Only disappointment was with the shower in the spa treatment room being outdated and a little clunky. However, will definitely go again 😊
