I bought a keypad for my spa from this supplier at the end of June. The price was 40% more expensive than my supplier in Montreal, but since I'm in the Gaspé Peninsula, I wanted to support local businesses. It had a programming installation that I couldn't do myself; it requires a technician, unfortunately. Two weeks after the purchase, a technician came but was unable to program it. There's no after-sales service; they're always overwhelmed. I had to wait two to three weeks for a call back every time I requested service. When I ordered the part, I spoke with the owner, Kim, and she gave me her cell phone number. She was the one who ordered the part. Once, when I called her for service, she told me, "I have employees to answer customer inquiries." But the employees told me, "We didn't order it," so the service was poor. At one point, she referred me to a guy named Roger at a shop in Rimouki. He didn't want to hear anything about it; he sold the part to Espace, and I wasn't even his direct customer. He told me to deal with them. By the end of the summer, I still hadn't had it programmed. Why sell equipment parts that you don't own? Unable to guarantee the service, I paid a high price for nothing.

Turnkey service. Lack of information, misleading advertising because you have to pay an electrician to connect the water heater, pay for rock dust to level the ground, additional costs for all sorts of services before installation, terrible after-sales service, and no empathy for customers. Ultimately, bad service...
