Since moving to Central Elgin, I’ve been searching for a stylist I can fully trust with my hair. A friend highly recommended your establishment, and I’m so glad I listened. Cedar has been my stylist for approximately a year now, and from the very first appointment she has never disappointed. She is professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She listens, understands exactly what I’m looking for, and consistently cuts my hair exactly the way I request. She takes her time, works gently, and always makes me feel comfortable. Thank you for helping me look and feel my best.

I’ve been seeing Svetlana for my acne and she has truly changed my skin. She immediately made me feel understood and taken care of. She explained everything clearly, created a treatment plan that actually worked for my skin, and checked in every step of the way. My acne has improved so much, and I finally feel back to normal again. I still have scarring I am dealing with but I know that takes time and I will get there. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about her clients. If you’re struggling with your skin, I can’t recommend Svetlana enough.

I want to remain anonymous, just hoping to help others..I had a 90 minute massage with Holly yesterday and it was the best treatment I’ve ever had. I still feel better from it. Holly is intuitive, knowledgeable, and genuinely listens, which made me feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. I felt better immediately and loved the stretches she gave me to do at home. She’s a true gem, and Fayez is lucky to have her. I’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

Ali at Fayez Spa is absolutely amazing! Not only is he a genuinely kind person, but he also made me feel completely comfortable and safe in his chair. His knowledge of hair is incredible — I fully trusted his suggestions, and he listened carefully to what I wanted. The spa itself is very clean, and they offered me a drink — I had a cappuccino, which was a nice touch. Ali truly has a gift, and I’ll be sending everyone I know to him! Highly recommend!

I was gifted a Mediterranean mud treatment and what a gift it was! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles from the staff. I met Amanda who was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t sure what to expect and she was able to put my mind at ease by explaining and guiding me through my treatment. Amanda is a wonderful soul and I highly recommend her.
