Pure Bliss at Flowstate! From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for something special. Flowstate is beautifully appointed — every detail has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and calm. The space is impeccably clean, serene, and inviting. The orientation was perfect — it covered everything I needed to know and completely removed any nervousness, letting me slip effortlessly into the most relaxing experience I’ve had since my favorite vacation. Floating felt absolutely incredible, and I left with a big, happy smile, knowing I’d be sleeping like a baby that night. It was so amazing that before I even left, I bought their big package — and now I can’t wait to share this experience with my loved ones. Everyone deserves a little piece of this peace!

I had the most amazing experience at Flow State Float and Wellness! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed to encorage relaxation. The staff member was genuinely kind and knowledgeable, and ensured I felt comfortable and knew what to expect. The float itself was nothing short of pure bliss — it’s hard to describe how deeply relaxing it was. The time went by so fast. It was a perfect way to turn off and just release what doesn't serve you. Post float, the reflection room was the perfect way to reintegrate into the the noise and hustle of daily life. Whether you’re looking to de-stress, recharge, or just try something new, this is absolutely the place to go. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Beautiful facility, peaceful atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff who were willing to talk me through the process and give tips. The float rooms were beautifully designed, relaxing and had everything you could need so I didnt have to bring anything. The float session was relaxing and well thought out with automatic lighs when the pod door is opened. The pain relief I got from the Epsom salts was unreal and so worth it. And the smell of the body wash was so refreshing and amazing after spending time in the salts. I enjoyed every minute of it. I will definitely be coming back

It’s my birthday today and two of my friends “kidnapped” me this morning, letting me know, I wasn’t allowed to know where we were going. We arrived to the float tanks, I had never been before and had the best experience! It was peaceful, calming, meditative — and how lovely it was to sit in the tea room and relax afterwards. Next time your friend is having a birthday, kidnap them (not really), and do the same! What a great way to treat your friends. 12 out of 10. Can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful space, with every single detail feeling so deliberate. I was more than impressed with the decor and even more impressed with the service. The float tank was massive and nothing like what I’ve experienced before in Vancouver. I can’t wait to go back to the island to have some more sessions. Oh and I forgot about the tea selection. As an Irishman, tea is vitally important for any good day. I had the raspberry something or other tea and it was the nicest tea I’ve ever had.
