Folklore Sauna Company

I've been looking into an outdoor sauna for my backyard for a few years as I've heard of their many benefits. At the time there was no local company so I held off as I wanted someone local. I was so glad to see a local company, Folklore Sauna, pop up when I decided to look once again online into buying a sauna. They were great to deal with! Jeremy answered all my questions and gave me many options to choose from. We ordered a sauna kit my wife and I both liked. It arrived within a couple of months and I had Jeremy's crew install it over a few days. It looks great and I've been using it all the time. The heat feels wonderful and I'm feeling more relaxed. I highly recommend Folklore Sauna if you're looking for a sauna kit or even a custom job.

We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our interaction w the Folklore team. We discussed various products and received excellent advice that allowed us to choose the right sauna for us. Our scheduled installation date was advanced to fit our changed activities. The expert installation team were courteous and professional; I am a stickler for details and was impressed w the precise construction the final product. Site cleanup was thorough. We look forward to our first session of this beautiful sauna.

I purchased a heater from Folklore Sauna, and while it took a little longer to arrive due to high demand and some shipping delays, these issues were beyond their control. Throughout the process, Jeremy kept me informed and went above and beyond by including some extra items as a gesture of goodwill. Since then, I've also purchased lights from them. Despite being clearly busy, the team at Folklore Sauna takes the time to ensure their customers are well taken care of. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

For a house that’s 135 years old, and one we’ve lived in for 46 years, it’s seen a lot of work done on it over the years. The new sauna from Folklore has been one of the better ideas, the men who came to install it were even better! The level of professionalism, courtesy and good humour they brought to the task make us feel as though they were family. Although, I’d never trust that job to my family….looking forward to enjoying and sharing this beautiful new acquisition. Thank you Folklore!

Folklore sauna is the best! Jeremy helped me find exactly what I wanted and helped every step of the way answering my 1000 questions 😆.
