Her touch is incredibly gentle and caring—every transition felt thoughtful and respectful—yet she also has the ability to apply just the right amount of pressure when needed. She intuitively finds areas of tension and works through them with such skill and presence. I left feeling completely relaxed and deeply cared for. The location at FoRest is also absolutely beautiful. It radiates serenity, and the space is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, which adds so much to the overall experience. I feel very grateful to have such a peaceful and high-quality option so close to my home. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent massage with Shane. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to ask about any trouble areas before starting, which made the experience feel personalized and thorough. At the end, he also showed me helpful stretches to support the problem area we worked on, gave an update on my problem area and what it was, which I really appreciated. Professional, attentive, I highly recommend booking with Shane!

She listens to what I want done and I am so pleased that when I leave there I look natural with just a bit of pop to make me look brighter.
