We had our bullfrog hot tub for 3 years, and it's been absolutely great! After 3 years, our hot tub had it's first issue - the GFCI would trigger - so we called for service. The service guy scheduled a time to come in a day or two (it wasn't urgent), showed up on time - replaced the offending part (was a heating element). He had everything with him to make it fast, and timely - and even managed to keep all the water in the tub! He tested everything, and we're back enjoying it! I would absolutely recommend these guys - My experience with them from Installation, delivery and service is excellent - and I'm 1:30 away from everyone, deep in the woods - quality service matters a ton here - where some businesses won't even deliver to you. 5 stars.

I had an excellent experience with Funtime Pool! They came to fix the screen on our heat pump, and not only were they professional and efficient, but they also informed us that the heat pump screen was still under warranty—we didn’t even know. They took care of everything without us having to ask and came the next day to replace the screen. Highly recommend their prompt and honest service!
