The front staff was friendly, and initially, the atmosphere was relaxing.I was booked in for a pedicure and a facial. Considering the establishment is affiliated with a well-known hotel, the nail technician seemed inexperienced with the process, inadequate equipment was used for the pedicure, and the heel exfoliation process was insufficient. i was told to check my nails in 20 min and if tacky leave it for another 10 min and she than left and did not come back!! When I got home my heals were still rough. The nail technician also did my facial. The room was comfortable, soft music was playing, the bed was nice and warm. I was ask if I ever had a facial before and said no, this is my first time. I was not informed of the stages of the process, the product was cold going on and some of the product went into the eyes, which caused some blurry vision that lasted 2 hours after the treatment. Disappointed

One of the best salon experiences i’ve ever had! I have recently gotten my hair cut by Brooke, who is an incredible stylist. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she really has a passion for what she does. The haircut would be best described, for a lack of better words, “full service”, with your scalp being massaged before the cutting begins and several washings of the hair in the duration of the appointment! I used to find my neck would get irritated after a haircut, due to tiny hairs in my collar. This is not the case here! The salon itself is gorgeous, being stylish and spacious. The beautiful scent of the salon is calming and serene and gives you a sense of quality and luxury. I would recommend Brooke to anyone looking for a quality haircut!

I had an appointment with Bethany today and she’s worth waiting, if she’s not available just wait for her . She ask questions, give best advice, and it even turn out better than expected. She’s highly professional, super friendly, and engaging that you feel very welcoming and understood. She’s best at what she do as she know what she’s doing . Eventually I was a happy customer when I left the salon and I felt great with my whole hair transformation. Thank you Bethany and grand senses spa . Best wishes 😀😀

Maryam did a wonderful job with my hair today, I have never been so relaxed during a haircut. Before she touched my hair she gave me a shoulder, neck and upper arm massage with Avedas cooling oil, I almost fell asleep. During the shampoo she massaged my head and neck, after conditioning she laid a hot towel on my scalp which felt amazing. She was very articulate with my haircut and took her time. Nothing felt rushed. My hair looks and feels fantastic.

I had my first pedicure at Grand Senses Spa today and it was wonderful! Holly was very thorough and I enjoyed my time there. My feet feel and look fantastic! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because I found it very cold with the AC on, so much that I had to ask for blanket and was still cold after being covered. The staff out front are pleasant as well. Overall, a great first experience at the Spa.
