Grand Wellness

This was one of the most eye opening and rewarding inspiring experiences I’ve ever had, from the minute you step in you feel a different kind of caring and holistic aura to the place and it’s so much more than just a spa. A combination of a luxurious experience meets Canadian roots in a cottage like theme with a holistic edge to it, from the cleanliness and organization to the attention to detail in the fairy lights and choice of furniture the place exudes a warm like energy deeply rooted in its nature themes and healing aura it provides to people. On the first floor there is access to many super cool innovative ideas like you see in the picture beautiful seating areas with salt foot pads to detox the body , a high end sauna room and a super unique experience at the salt cave, my guide made sure that I was accommodated from the minute I walked in , from being able to prepare my own beverage and sit in a beautiful waiting room to guiding me to each of my scheduled services with extreme kindness and hospitality explaining the functionality of each space whilst we were on the way and holding great dignity and respect to my healing space and convenience by giving my the freedom of peace and time at each service allowing me to fully experience the healing effects. The salt cave was such a unique experience where as a person who heavily practices meditation- I was able to disconnect and feel divine presence and visualization to a next level extent that truly calmed me and gave my soul rest from a hectic city lifestyle and intense gym routine, soon followed by a high tech sauna room beautifully accommodated by a hot and cold drink and the ability to connect to Bluetooth during the experience - the whole staff is so catering making sure you feel very safe and comfortable it truly gave me a celebrity feeling in terms of both service and luxury. I finished up my experience with what I recommend most ( though I honestly reccomend everything and panning out a day to come here and try multiple services as they’re all at a really good price point) a beer bath! Yes , a beer bath , my guide politely explained how the owner brought the concept over from Europe and how beyond an extremely relaxing service , it’s also amazing for your skin and nails. I was able to fully unwind and enjoy the herbs and pure relaxation as I sipped on my complementary hot chocolate. The tour was finished off by being shown the upstairs area with areas designated to different activities and service such as yoga , aesthetics and a massage room - this place really isn’t just a spa , it’s more like community with a sense of coming home and simultaneously receiving celebrity like treatment and is the true rest every soul needs to detach from our lives and take a true reset. I can tell this place was truely a passion project for the owners. Truly worth the travel from Mississauga and I will definitely dedicate more days in the future to re-experience and also enjoy other services. I couldn’t recommend this place more - please choose this place for any celebration where you or/ and a loved one wish to experience a treat . So much love.
My mom and I went and we did the salt cave and soak for two. The soak was lovely! I had the harmony soak and my mom got the beer soak. The water temperature was great, the tub fit me just perfectly (I'm 5'5 - 165cm), there were various colours of rose petals, and it smells amazing! It's about a 25 minute soak. The salt cave was interesting. Halotherapy is great for detoxing and preventing infections. We did 45 minutes. The chairs are reclining patio chairs. I don't recommend it if you have dry skin or dry air ways (nose and/or throat). After 45 minutes, my nose was quite uncomfortable. I think the salt cave would be better to do in the summer as it's 18c in there and can get quite chilly. But they do give you blankets and all the complimentary coffee, tea, apple cider, and cold drinks you could want. They also have beer, wine, and I believe a few cocktails that you can purchase to drink at the spa. They also have a few snacks and knick knacks such as candles, honey, and lip balm you can purchase. Overall a nice spa experience!
I recently visited Grand Wellness, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The central location is a major plus, as it's easily accessible by public transportation, making it convenient for anyone. From the moment I walked in, the service was superb. The reception staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. All the staff were friendly and professional, especially Ray, the nail technician. She was skilled at her profession, easy to chat with, and extremely polite and respectful. Her attention to detail and passion for her work really stood out. The facility itself is spacious, clean, and calm, and offers several services, from yoga to spa activities, all of which promote relaxation. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for excellent services in a serene setting. I can't wait to return!
My Mom and I tried the foot block salt detox and the salt caves We loved it! It was fun and relaxing. I also appreciated that they accommodated my need for a larger chair- being very obese I wouldn't have comfortably fit in the zero gravity chairs in the salt cave. They were very nice and kind and since I called in advance, they had everything ready when I went, so there were none of the feelings of shame or embarrassment that I often get when making this kind of request. There was no fuss at all. I can't recommend Grand Wellness enough- either for their service or for their offerings!
Well, isn’t this place grand! Lovely reception area with very welcoming staff. It was our first time in a salt cave. The cave is chilly, so a blanket is provided. You recline in a patio chair for 45 minutes and relax in the peaceful, quiet atmosphere (talking is discouraged so as not to interrupt the other guests). We were then taken into a quiet room for a 45 minute foot detox where you place your feet on warm blocks of salt. Very relaxing. Am very much looking forward to returning to this beautiful location to enjoy their many other amenities. A grand experience at a lovely spa!
