Stopped by on a road trip we we're taking as we wanted to have somewhere to rest briefly and be able to be by the water. Pulled in here thinking it was more of a public resort, but despite it being private the owners were the nicest people I have met, explained we were just passing through and wanted to take a dip in the lake, and they told us to go right ahead and let them know if we had any questions or needed a hand! The experience was so good we're already heavily considering booking a cabin for next summer! Miss this place already!

A very nice place to spend time. Fishing is pretty good, cabins are immaculately clean and the hosts couldn't be nicer and more accommodating. I talked to other guests who have been staying here for years, and it felt like family to them. Nice access to Longbow Lake and it's portage into Lake of the Woods. Short drive to Kenora for supplies. The rental boats are clean and work well, and are great for fishing. My grandparents stayed here in the 1970s and the place hasn't changed much, including the owners.

This was our first time to come here. I am so glad we found this place. We took our boat though they would have had boats to rent if we had wanted. We had a one bedroom one bath looking down over the docks. Everything was clean and we felt really at home with both the camp and the people that run it. They also have some seasonal people which were very helpful to us when we were looking for the best place to fish. We are already planning to come again next year.

Cabins were very clean and the place is very well kept. Fishing is amazing throughout the whole lake and even off the dock. Lots of wildlife and cool hikes in the area. This was the perfect vacation. I recommend you come here if you want to enjoy the lake and area.

Greatest resort I have ever stayed at. Been back many, many times. Great for a couple or a full family. All you need is your food.. everything else is provided. (Except for fishing equipment) Boat rentals and lovely modern cabins.
