THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! When I tell you this place changed my life, it is not even me being exaggerated! Thanks to Joe, i felt so comfortable and right away part of an amazing family! Joe explained to me the amazing benefits to a sauna, cold plunge, red light and how it boosts so many factors in the human body! I feel so charged and I cannot wait to go there every day of the week! I would suggest this place to everyone because it truly changes your life all in the positive aspects, thank you so much Joe and team for this amazing place!

Had an amazing experience and a huge part of that was thanks to Andrea! She was incredibly helpful and walked me through the entire process, making me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. From the red therapy to the sauna and cold plunge, everything was top notch. Left feeling amazing and already looking forward to the next visit. Highly recommend.

First time here. Got the 10 day pass. A little different set up than most. So far 5 stars for my needs. Great staff that keeps the place @Andrea! Like that it’s self managing in terms of access no hassle once you get set up on app. I bought the pass online, signed up and got the app. Use the app for access via phone Bluetooth.

Excellent experience, very good vibe. The place is modern, clean, vey well laid out. Would highly recommend. Big shout out to Kristen who is the manager at Harbour… always makes you feel welcome, brings an energy that elevates the already amazing experience and makes you feel part of the harbour family.

Had a wonderful experience at harbour. Very modern facility, very clean and upscale. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, choice of various temperature cold plunges, spacious sauna. Perfect recipe for a relaxing experience. Highly recommend. Aman was fantastic and very helpful. Will be back soon.
