Healing Garden Spa and Wellness

After being their customer for well over a year. They decided today that because their office has switched to a different app i needed to update my information. They sent me the forms before my appointment but I just thought it was my email reminder. I was on time for my appointment, but they told me I needed to fill out their new forms before my appointment. OK no problem. It took me two minutes. So they charged me an hour Massage, but I only got 50 minutes. I did the update to my health form in 2 min but took 8 minutes to get on the massage bed. I was shocked that my massage was exactly 50 minutes. I will find a more respectful place to have my business. I don’t need to be nickeled and dimed for an hour massage. Petty. I did talk to her about it and she explained it’s because I didn’t do my forms. Give me a break.

This is not my first visit to this spa, and what I appreciate most is their flexibility—they always find options that suit my schedule. It’s truly a pleasure to receive such thoughtful service. This time, I booked a couple’s pedicure with my teenager. Also i have experience with couple’s massage, and a therapeutic massage. The experience was relaxing, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The spa is clean and well-maintained, and I love that they are even open on Sundays! Highly recommend for a rejuvenating experience.

What a wonderful experience getting a couples massage once for my cousin visiting from England and another time with my daughter. Both times we had Summer and Codee! Highly recommend these fabulous workers! They were perfect! Much better than I have had from any other facility in Vernon, BC. I would certainly be going back on a regular basis except I recently moved out East. Betcha I won't find anything as good as these two from the Healing Garden! Thanks for the awesome massages!

I always book a facial with Angela. She is awesome! She changes things up depending on what’s going on with me. She does a lot of neck, head and arm massage in addition to facial massage. I always look better when I leave. My face looks uplifted. I truly appreciate the work she puts into my session and will continue to go back.

If you've not done so, I would definitely recommend a facial here at Healing Garden. Emily is amazing. Her facials, in my opinion are second to none, and I have experienced many from various spas. The staff are very friendly and knowledge. A must experience.
