I wanted to do something completely different for our wedding anniversary this year, so I spent quite a bit of time researching unique experiences online. That’s when I stumbled upon this incredible place on TikTok — and after doing a bit more digging, I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did, because my husband and I were absolutely thrilled with our experience! Booking online was super easy to navigate. Since we chose one of their special packages, I called to finalize our appointment. I left a message and received a call back the very next day — the staff member I spoke with was professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. They do require a credit card on file for the cancellation policy, which I found completely reasonable. The only small hiccup I had was with the intake form through their third-party site (Fresha) because my email address had a typo. It was quickly sorted out when I arrived a bit early and completed the forms in person. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist. Close to our appointment time, she handed us cozy blankets and guided us into the cool room — and wow, I’ve never seen my husband so relaxed! We had the couple’s massage for 50 minutes, and it was pure bliss from start to finish. I’ve had massages before, but this one felt completely different — deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. By the time we left, I didn’t want to do anything else for the rest of the day! This was such a unique and refreshing experience, and I would absolutely go back to try their other services. If you’re looking for something special, relaxing, and unforgettable, this is definitely an experience everyone should try at least once (or twice!) in their lifetime.

What a wonderful experience this place was for both my mother and I. We shared a girls day filled with nothing but the best. Had time in the Himalayan floating spa, then moved over to the salt cave and finished our day off with best massage of my life. would strongly recommend Brent if you’re looking for an RMT! Just two things I did observe while I was there I would make changes on, I would recommend the waiting period between each service was in the lounge and not in the front reception. Also, I did have a shower at the end of all of my services and experienced no hair treatments, no conditioners, no masks, nothing for my hair or body, Other than shampoo… Now you can imagine after a day of salt your hair would need a nice treatment, even if it was there and available for purchase. Or sample sizes for those that ask even. After all of my observations just next time, I would bring my own hair treatment and body wash. However, I am giving this place a 5 star as it was magical, Thank you so much for taking the time to care for us today. What a beautiful experience.

I recently experienced a head spa treatment for the first time, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm. The front desk staff, Teresa and Jensen were so welcoming and lovely! The highlight, of course, was the scalp massage. It was deeply relaxing, almost meditative. Maya used pressure to stimulate the scalp, neck, and shoulders. A mix of essential oils and scalp-cleansing serums were applied, followed by a warm steam treatment that opened up the pores and allowed the products to absorb fully. Everything was explained so well, and I felt very relaxed and Maya was also lovely, and made me feel very comfortable during the treatment. After the treatment, my scalp felt clean and rejuvenated—no oiliness, no dryness, just balance. My hair looked shinier, and I noticed less itchiness and flaking in the days after. I also slept incredibly well that night, probably due to how relaxing the entire experience was. Highly recommend!! Amazing place and amazing staff.

Renew & Recharge Package – Salt Cave Spa, Niagara Falls I had a wonderful experience at the Salt Cave Spa in Niagara Falls and highly recommend the Renew & Recharge package. The visit started in the salt cave, which was incredibly calming. I loved learning that the salt comes from Poland, adding to the authentic and therapeutic feel. I then enjoyed a facial and back treatment with Maya, who was absolutely wonderful. She has a warm, soothing presence and made the entire experience deeply relaxing. I also tried their facial Thalgo marine-based products, which are formulated with seawater, algae, and marine minerals to help nourish and improve the skin based on your skin type and goals. I was also highly recommended to try the Japanese head treatment package, and it’s definitely next on my list. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and recharged. A must-visit spa in Niagara Falls — I’ll definitely be back!

Hubby and I came here as part of our 7th anniversary celebration/experience. We did the salt cave which was sooo relaxing and tranquil. Those gravity chairs had me wanting to stay forever. We also did a couples massage which both therapists were so kind and skilled. Daniele and Maya. They talked us through and really gave an excellent consultation respecting our needs and comfort levels. I usually prefer deep tissue and not much luck with therapeutic massages however this time with Maya was very very relaxing! Although therapeutic massages are more medium to light pressure, Maya knew how to hit all the right areas for a fully relaxing experience. Thank you for a wonderful session today at the cave. I highly recommend and will definitely book again when I’m back in the Niagara area.
