If you’re not checking out Healing Waters Spa in Edmonton, you are def missing out. I have been a client for over 8 years now. I’ve seen with my own eyes, the transformation of this spa. From their cutesy spa on whyte ave to their massive upgrade on 99 street. Emily and team have created a beautiful new space at their location. Spa Manager, Justine, always makes me feel welcome over the phone and in person. I’ve been seeing Candance for treatments since I moved to YEG. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. She is professional, knowledgeable and always smiling. I always leave this spa, smiling! Thank you!

Loved my massage and brow treatments here. First time customer and booked based on reviews. The building does not prepare you for the haven that waits inside. Everything is welcoming - the smiles, smells and spaces. From booking to billing, all aspects were wonderful. I look forward to continued massage treatments with Nicole and brow services with Brooklyn. I left a new woman. My experience felt super luxurious but didn’t break the bank.

I really enjoyed here today for my first time , I had a bit of a back step but my massage made up for it and of course once I was done I felt very much appreciated by the acknowledgment due to my first session in the steam room! Everyone was very compassionate and I definitely will be going back indeed and bringing or letting friends know about it for sure ! 🥰 Thank you for the wonderful experience and Empathy. Grateful 🙏🥹

I have just returned home after my very first Hammam treatment. Brooklyn guaranteed that this first Hammam treatment won’t be my last! She was professional, calming, and very skilled at all stages of the treatment. Her lotion application felt more like a beautiful relaxing massage. I left after a very lovely tea in their zen like lounge feeling relaxed and utterly refreshed! What a gem this place is! Wonderful!

Love it here! I googled spa packages and came across this wonderful place! Not far from my home, big location, friendly staff the moment I walked in! Jenna did amazing work for my spa package and she was with me for the whole duration! Friendly, personable, and told me what was happening/what she was using throughout the treatments. Her facial was my fave! Beautiful spa! Will be back!
