Highly recommend! I have been seeing Luke for deep tissue massage for years now and nothing compares to his knowledge and thoroughness. I recently also saw Cassie for FST and was impressed as well! She is very knowledgeable and was able to stretch those tight muscles that I would never have been able to stretch on my own. My muscles felt relaxed and at ease after her treatment!

Wonderful experience that came out of not so pleasant back pain. Timing was perfect. Facility is amazing. Luke and staff were very kind and accommodating. Booking a chiro appointment there next - nutritionist, gym, sauna…I didn’t want to leave! Thank you

Luke is detail orientated, patient, applies appropriate amounts of pressure needed and works out all the knots. He makes you feel very comfortable. The online booking, reminders and BILLING is fantastic. Honestly - he goes above and beyond.
