Hot and Cold Micro Spa

Enjoyed this experience, just felt like there wasn’t much guidance upon arrival. However I really enjoyed my time there with a friend going back & forth from sauna to cold plunge. Will still be back because it’s a nice option as a new parents who can only get away for an hour and can’t commit to a day long spa.

Wow, this place is truly a hidden gem. Brittany is incredibly skilled at what she does and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire massage. I left feeling completely relaxed, with both my mind and body at peace.
