Went here with a group of friends beginning of January. Booked for 2 hours, the main floor room with massage chairs. During this time the steam room was not functioning and was unfortunately not fixed in time before our reservation. It was only mentioned to me when I confirmed the booking a few days before. Unsure if they would have mentioned it otherwise. I also had to bring up possible solutions. We ended with them offering 10% off the booking the night before the reservation. So i would encourage anyone to confirm status of booking and the rooms that are in working order. Despite the steam room not working, our group enjoyed the privacy and the rest of the amenities. We also liked the dining area as we were able to bring in some snacks with us. The salt therapy room was nice. It definitely reminded me of the ocean! I should mention that if you are a person that has any ENT issues I would caution against this room, as one of my friends found that it irritated her sinuses and tonsils. Something to be aware of. The sauna was good. We fit 8 in at one point haha, and how fun is that cold water bucket!!! Make sure you scream and shout! Make sure your group arrives altogether and on time so you can utilize the salt therapy room together. And have someone set a timer/alarm so you don’t lose track of time when you are there! Anyways, we recommend this place as its a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle and from the cold especially during the colder days!!

This place is relaxing. The concept of the place is nice with the flexibility of either chilling out in the steam room, sauna, ice bucket shower or just chilling on the massage chair. All of these are included in your own floor. Change room/locker rooms are available and hair dryers with full length mirrors are appreciated. I would say bring your own towels/robes, slippers and some face masks to make it complete. For 2 people for 2 hours, it cost $170 which I think is a little expensive for what it is. Although, there are not much options in the city.

Amazing. Relaxing. Quality service! My friend and I went and booked the floor and it was a great experience!!! I would highly recommend and will be returning. The owner was so helpful, friendly, and nice. I had never had salt therapy and it was very therapeutic and relaxing. Plus the place was clean and modern with several things to do. I really hope hot stones stays open as this place is an absolute gem! Will be a repeat customer for the foreseeable future and referring all my friends. Thanks so much Hot Stones ♥️ #supportlocal

Fantastic price for a super relaxing and private sauna experience. It's like chilling in your own private basement sauna room. Definitely book more than 2 hours if you have a group larger than 4 though, as the cold plunge buckets refill a little slowly so doing hot/cold circuit can take extra time as your group goes through them. You won't regret the extra time though. But it's an unreal experience and an absolute hidden gem. Highly recommend it!

We held my friend’s bachelorette at the spa this past weekend and it was amazing!!! The sauna and steam room smelled great and the lady who runs the spa was super kind and accommodating. The room was really clean and larger than expected. We will definitely be back!
