In 2014, we attended a Home & Garden Show in Calgary and we came across the Hot Water Pools & Spas display. We had always wanted a spa, so we stopped in and spoke with the lady there (Sarah, the owner of the Airdrie location). Sarah spoke to us like we were normal people, asked insightful questions about our family and what we wanted in a spa. She had us laughing non-stop and we couldn't believe how comfortable she made us feel. Two years later in 2016, we moved to Airdrie from Edmonton and when our house was finished, we started to shop around for a spa again and found Hot Water Pools and Spas online and decided to go check it out. When we arrived at the store, we were greeted by Sarah again! She came up to us and asked us how our children were doing and remembered our conversation like it happened the day before. We were amazed at how much Sarah remembered about us! Sarah showed us around the store, gave us her honest opinion about what spa would give us the best bang for our buck and we proceeded to purchase a Coast Spas Swim Spa that was on sale for an awesome price. Sarah guided us through the entire purchase, including financing options and delivery. When the tub arrived, Ryan (Sarah's husband and co-owner) was on site at our house and guided everything with ease while they craned the spa over my home and directly into place! Since we purchased the spa, we have had nothing but the most amazing service from the entire Hot Water Pools and Spas team in Airdrie. It feels like Sarah is part of our family and we feel so lucky to have such phenomenal service at our fingertips. Thank you to Sarah, Ryan and the entire team at Hot Water Pools and Spas in Airdrie. Bought a new hot tub from them and I have to say that the entire experience was awesome! From the sale to delivery and install we were very impressed with the customer service and care. When we walked in we were greeted by Phil (the salesman) we had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all of them. Throughout the process we didn’t feel like we were being sold or any pressure to buy. He simply educated us on all our options. Once it came time to purchase, he went over the contract thoroughly to make sure we understood everything. When it came time to pay for the tub we dealt with Sarah & Alison who offered great customer service. Payment & scheduling a delivery date was super easy. On delivery day, Adam and his team showed up on time and had the tub set up in a timely manner. I had many questions for him and they took the time to explain everything including function and maintenance. I can’t thank this team enough for helping us find the best tub that suited our needs and making the whole process a great experience. If you’re looking for a new hot tub I highly recommend this business.

We just recently bought this tub from Hot Water Pools and Spas and we just love it. It is so relaxing to sit in here and soak the sore muscles away. The selection of colours we can turn the lights on to is more than enough, blue is our favorite by the way. This picture doesn't do the color of the blue justice at all but at night the glow gives a feeling of calm, almost like your at a spa on holidays, but at home. There are plenty of jets and all points of ache and pain can be reached and massaged. One of the favorite seats is the lounger where you can get rid of the tired dull ache of a full days work massaged right out, while at the same time relieving the shoulder and back pain. The ease of lifting the lid is just another bonus. We would recommend this tub and we are as happy with it as the sales staff said we would be. Set up was really easy too, it was just plug in and let it do its thing. Poured in some sweet smelling peach we bought from their large selection of spa supplies and climbed in. The only issue we have is that we don't want to get out.

We have been getting our hot tub chemicals here for a couple of years, as well as having our water tested and always have a great experience at their location and with their products. We did not purchase our hot tub here. That being said, we had an issue while we were away on vacation where our pump stopped working in the tub, and the heater wouldn’t run. Coming home from out of province, we first reached out to our hot tub manufacturer and after going back and forth trying to book a service call for a few days with no real support or answers, we called Hot Water LeisureScapes to ask about having a tech come out to see what’s going on. We had an appointment scheduled within 2 days. Their tech arrived on time on a Saturday, diagnosed the issue (capacitor failed), and had the part on them to fix it. The whole service call took less than 30 minutes and my tub was fixed and up and running again. Price was VERY reasonable for the fast and exceptional service. Without a doubt, 5 star service and support. So happy to have this business in Airdrie!

I had an amazing experience buying a hot tub from Hot Water LeisureScapes in Airdrie. Phil, the salesperson, was fantastic and never pushy, always helpful, and provided all the information I needed to make the right decision. It took me some time to figure out what I wanted, and he was always available by call or text to answer my questions. The installation went smoothly, and the two men who delivered the hot tub did a great job. They came prepared with tools to remove my gate, carefully got the tub into the backyard, and made sure it was positioned perfectly. They also walked me through the startup process and how to add the chemicals and I felt confident and ready to go when they left. Now, I can bring in a water sample to the store, and they test it for me, which means there's no need to use test strips at home. They tell me exactly what to add, making it so easy to keep everything balanced. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a hot tub... they made the whole process simple, stress-free, and enjoyable!
