From start to finish I can not begin to describe how good and continued my experience has been. Hydropool was the first place we walked into when looking to get into the hot tub game. Freddy was the perfect person to start with, incredibly welcoming and extremely friendly while he allowed us at our own pace to have a look around before answering all questions. His knowledge and enthusiasm to show us whatever we were looking for was welcoming. They have almost every combination of exterior finish to interior design to look through and went above and beyond and got us into exactly what we were looking for with an added bonus, thanks Freddy... Will continue to stop by and ask questions and i am given constant know how on keeping your tub balanced and when to use the appropriate chemicals, thanks Rennie...

Rich 🙌 has been such a pleasure to work with. We have been enjoying our hot tub for 4 months now. Rich has been so quick to respond to the many questions we have asked. He has accommodated our every request. We were sold on another hot tub prior to entering California Spa, upon talking to Rich our minds were changed. He is very knowledgeable and was successful in getting us everything we wanted for a fantastic price. I cannot begin to explain the fantastic service we have received from this company. Even the delivery was quick and easy. The delivery guys were extremely friendly and entertained our kids million questions with each step they took to get the hot tub setup. Where do I begin, I bought my first tub in 2017 and it was an amazing experience. I recently bought a new tub and received not just the same amazing service but even better than before! The delivery guys were great, making sure the tub was placed where we wanted it and taking the packaging with them! The staff of Hydropool London went above and beyond. Thank you again for the great tub and service! *Update* This is my 2nd tub from Hydropool London and with Freddy! It’s not only the purchase that matters it’s the after the sales service that is just as equally important. I had a hard air lock that I experienced for the first time and Freddy was patient with me but persistence pays off and air lock was gone! Thank for your expertise, knowledge and patience!!!

My husband and I have been customers here since 2014. The Hydropool tubs are beautiful, and the sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Last week, we took delivery of our second hot tub (replacing and downsizing from a larger, leaking tub), and the whole experience was great from start to finish. In- store staff were helpful and gave us a great deal, and the delivery team members were friendly, professional, and efficient. I'd particularly like to congratulate Freddy on being so outstanding with his customer service: he basically knows everything, and has been graciously fielding all of my follow up questions as I get the new tub up and running. Thank you for your stellar service!!

Beyond disappointed with a purchase of a Dream Maker Spa 3500S Within the first year (of delivery) I had to get service done twice (wasn't done correctly the first time). They had to repair broken light, leaks, jets that were not working. Only 1 year warranty. I was 5 days from my 1 year from purchase, but not beyond 1 year from delivery, so they did finally agree to cover the service.. NOW 2 years in and the cover is completely disintegrated, The seams are completely falling apart and the material is disintegrating. I would not expect to have to pay 1000's of dollars to replace a cover ever 2 years.. I will NOT be purchasing this brand again.
