I spent 7 straight hours at the Immersion Spa and they took very good care of me. I had a charcuterie board and some olives brought over from Carve and enjoyed them in the lovely lounge with Rishi teas and Vivreau fixture, Nespresso for the coffee people. I started with an hour at the mineral pool. The staff gave me the option to start earlier and get the place to myself. sitting in the main pool was a lovely sensory experience, similar to being in a float tank but with no lid. I found if I leaned back on the stairs i immerse everything but your face, and the light fixture provided interesting visual stimulus. The showers have two modes, each mode consists of five parts, each part being a minute long. Lights, colours, scents, differing pressures, and temperatures guide you through incredible experiences. Energy: Focuses on colder temperatures and higher pressures, to be honest as someone who regularly does ice plunges, I was pleasantly surprised by how intense the cold was, definitely invigorating. Relax: Focuses on warmth and calm, featuring a light rainforest mist with eucalyptus scent and green walls followed by a ring of lavender infused water as the lights turn blue/purple. The only thing I would suggest is that they provide some sort of shower seating option, as a disabled veteran it was good to see the ramp but many people struggle to stand for even five minutes at a time and a shower chair/stool would have been a nice touch. Also something in the mineral pool seems to be affecting the strainers, it was very clean, but it looked like it was maybe swelling the adhesive on the vinyl, not sure. After this I had the rainforest pedicure from Brandi. Through our discussion I found out she has been performing pedicures since the late 90s and has likely done somewhere near 10,000. She was very professional and provided a skillful foot massage at the end. As someone who walks in bare feet to ground myself, it was nice to have them cared for. My final service was a thai massage and let me just say… His name was Rahul. This man has the precision of a surgeon and the strength of a hydraulic press. He deftly climbed on the table with me to perform portions of a beautifully choreographed and well practiced routine. As a 225lbs man I was impressed to say the least when he picked me up by my ankles and gently shook me. He was firm but kind. The front desk staff and servers all did a phenomenal job and really took good care of me. Treat yourself to a little indulgence, you won’t regret it.

After posting my review, the spa manager, Sheila, reached out and was extremely empathetic and understanding of the situation. They took the time to listen, apologized sincerely, and clarified what had happened. I was not charged a no-show fee, and the issue was resolved professionally. While the initial booking confusion was frustrating, I appreciate how the manager handled it and turned this into a positive outcome. **** I’m disappointed with how this situation was handled. I was contacted on a Saturday and told I had an appointment that day, which was incorrect. I did not receive any confirmation or reminder emails for that date—the only email I have is for a February booking, which aligns with when I will be on the island, as I do not live locally. I was told someone with more authority would contact me to address the issue, but no one ever followed up. Although I was ultimately not charged the no-show fee, the lack of communication and initial handling of the error was frustrating. Clear and accurate booking communication is especially important for non-local clients.

My husband and I visited the Mineral Pools and Showers on Saturday, and it was pure bliss. I didn't have any expectations, and I left feeling completely WOWED. I couldn't stop dreaming about the experience. The staff are friendly, professional, and gave us a thorough prep tour before we started. I lived and worked in a resort town for a decade, so I am used real luxury and service and this is something that is missing on the island. The Immersion Spa perfectly depicts this. I can't even begin to describe the exhilarating aromatherapy showers that was an experience within itself. Being able to relax in the lounge after was such a treat as well.... Thank you to Sheila, the spa Manager and your team. I am absolutely 100% coming back, and you have won me over!

I recently stayed at Naturally Pacific and IMMERSION SPA was definitely a highlight. I had one of the best massages of my life. My masseuse, RAHUL NAG, demonstrated a level of ability that will be very hard to match. My travel mate also had a massage with him as well and left amazed and full of praise. The other SPA staff is helpful and lovely. Most especially enjoyable was ALYSSA. One of the other highlights of my SPA experience was the exceptional swim suits in inventory. I bought one and it is exactly what I have sought for past number of years but was unable to find; it was also reasonably priced. I urge everyone with the opportunity to visit the Spa to do so. (PS- their change rooms are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, too).

My wife and I spent the morning at Immersion Spa and it was incredible. We did the mineral pool followed by a massage. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were so good! The spa is well appointed and we felt like we were relaxing in true luxury. The showers in the mineral pool are an amazing experience. We would highly recommend this spa as it is one of the best experiences we have had anywhere.
