Island Floating Sauna Campbell River

We recently booked a private session at Island Sauna for a friend’s birthday, and it was such an incredible experience from start to finish. The sauna itself was amazing, consistently hot and perfectly maintained, with plenty of wood stocked the entire time so we never had to worry about anything. The ocean-fed cold plunge was so refreshing and honestly one of the highlights as many of the girls were hilarious being in freezing cold water. Sitting in the sauna and then jumping into the cold plunge while taking in the beautiful ocean and mountain views made the whole experience feel so peaceful and grounding. The setting is absolutely stunning, with such a calm and relaxing atmosphere upstairs to sit and unwind between rounds. What really made the experience even better was the service. The woman working there was so warm, welcoming, and kind, and you could tell she genuinely cared that everyone had a great experience. Such a unique and memorable way to celebrate a birthday or simply relax and recharge. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so happy we booked it. I would absolutely recommend Island Sauna to anyone looking for a beautiful West Coast sauna experience.

Some of the most fun I’ve had in a while, loved!! The cold plunge I was surprised how long I could just sit there and take it in…. 5-15 min at a time….the views were just amazing. The staff are most pleasant. I’m back home now trying to find a place to go! Haha but nothing close to here.

I had such a great experience at Island Sauna. The space is esthetically pleasing, inviting, and has a really calming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Everything feels thoughtfully put together, which makes it easy to fully relax and unwind.

Will definitely be going back! Great atmosphere, great staff and sooo relaxing. Totally forgot about the patio upstairs, will need to check that out next time
