Iwa Spa Blue Mountain Village

I decided to spoil myself and it was the most beautiful thing I could have done. Every staff member greets with smiles and calm and welcoming words. This is a luxury experience in my opinion. Spoiled from the second I arrived until I left. The massage therapist Zac, extremely professional and very considerate to even little comforts that make a huge difference. Iwa Spa does it right. I can’t say enough about the entire experience. Loved the tea, the little wrapped note and special candy and tea in lounge to relax after massage. I did not have time to experience the volcanic rock room this time but it is included in massage price for 30 minutes, I will definitely leave time for it next time. Thank you Michelle and your entire team.

Massage was fine. Was a little surprised for the price that there weren’t snacks or treats out to have with the tea - any spa at this price point - like the four seasons or the Shangri la downtown Toronto - are a very different experience and at the very least have snacks and nourishment out for customers. I know it’s not a big point, but it’s a small way to show appreciation and complete the experience when people are spending hundreds of dollars. I was given a single candy with my tea afterwards. The change rooms are minimal - there aren’t the usual amenities you see at luxury spas like hair and body products, etc. I saw one tub of hair ties.

I decided to treat myself to an 1 hour RMT Massage for my birthday and I had the wonderful opportunity to be paired up with Marj. I really appreciated how attentive and respectful she was when it came to personal boundaries and comfort. She got rid of a bunch of knots I didn’t even know I had and gave me super helpful advice I can use at home to help my back. After I was finished my massage I was met outside with complimentary water and herbal tea. I also opted into the volcanic rock room which I ended falling asleep in lol. If you need to unwind Iwa is wonderful establishment to help out. Thank you Iwa Spa team! :)

My husband and I had the most amazing experience! We booked a couples massage and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely relaxed and welcomed. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and attentive. The massage itself was absolutely incredible — so soothing and perfectly tailored to what we needed. The atmosphere was calm and beautifully set up, making it the perfect escape for some quality time together. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

I had an RMT massage and Volcanic Rock session to follow. The staff the moment I walked in were kind and professional. The atmosphere in the lounge was lovely. I had the pleasure of having Marj as my RMT and I cannot begin to explain a the level of kindness and care she had as well as providing the most amazing massage I’ve had thus far. The volcanic rock session to follow was fantastic as well. Clean, quiet, perfect to relax before heading back into the cold snowy weather. I can’t wait to return!
