The new thermal experience really impressed me. 🤩 I found the new facilities very comprehensive: access to three saunas (my favorite is the boreal sauna with its tree aromas – truly enchanting), the small plunge pool (the temperature was perfect for a thermal shock), and the well-designed hot tub with its different sections, including the waterfall and the mezzanine relaxation area (the sound of the waterfalls can be noisy, but it also has a relaxing effect – with my AirPods and music, it was perfect). The service was exceptional; everything was well thought out, with plenty of towels available. Impeccable cleanliness. I loved my four hours there; I would have loved to stay even longer. The feeling of relaxation is very real, even several hours after the experience. Thank you for this wonderful addition; it's a real draw for Rouyn-Noranda and the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region.

We had a great time at the spa. It's much improved since the reopening, and the spa is pleasant, although there are a few drawbacks: - The noise is quite significant, mainly around the pools and the relaxation area above, which detracts somewhat from the relaxation experience. - The value for money is rather average. This is probably justified by the relatively long access (4 hours) to the thermal area, but I think few people stay that long. The overall quality of the facilities is good, considering they are new, but some details could be improved, such as the number of towel racks available or the puddles of water at the pool exits (which is to be expected, in my opinion :)). - Perhaps a hairdryer in the changing rooms would be a welcome addition. These comments are intended to encourage continuous improvement. We have fond memories of our visit and will return.

We went there as a couple. The place is very clean and well-maintained. There weren't many people, so it was lovely to be able to enjoy all the spa areas—the sauna, the pool, and the hammam—without having to wait. The downsides are the price of the meal platters for the quantity. The dessert platter was really overpriced for what was on it (two strawberries cut in half, more green/white than red, one medium-sized crème brûlée, small balls of dark chocolate, and whipped cream for decoration). A real disappointment for over $20 before tax. Furthermore, from Monday to Thursday, there's supposed to be a $10 discount per service, but this discount wasn't applied to our bill (we paid $296 for two people, which included two 4-hour packages at $75 each, three meal platters, a reusable bottle, a soft drink, and an herbal tea). A relatively expensive day out. Elody

Super relaxing day spent in the spa circuit— loved the 3 types of saunas, and unexpected add-ons (the snow sauna was amazing! Definitely my favourite) . The various options to rotate between allowed for guests to flow through without feeling overcrowded. Staff are good at ensuring people respect their volume. Everything was clean and functioning. Staff were friendly and patient with helping my friend and I with checking in and out despite the language barrier. I don’t have any complaints about the facility or my day there. Looking forward to visiting again!

I went there shortly after it opened in December 2024. The place is very nice. Not too big, considering it's entirely indoors. However, the price is excessively high for what it is. Also, during my visit, two of the three saunas weren't nearly hot enough, and the hot tub was also lacking in warmth. The cold plunge pool could also be colder. For those who prefer cold plunges, it's not sufficient. I mentioned this to the staff there. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed for my next visit; I will adjust my rating accordingly.
