I had to come in urgently due to a sports injury to my back. An hour later, I left with almost no trace of pain and a lot of instructions on how to avoid this again. I cannot recommend Jennifer enough. This is a RMT who isn’t doing a job. She cares and it shows in the passion, details and professionalism with which she treats her clients. The location inside the Ramada is ideal as you also have access to the hot tub and pool. Plus there is the beautiful waterfront to go chill before or after. Jennifer you will see a lot more of my wife and I again even if it’s for relaxation sessions. Thank you for putting so much care into what you do.

I had my first massage yesterday at Koana Spa with RMT Jennifer. She was incredible. I had such a fantastic experience. The environment was so nice and relaxing and peaceful. You could see that Jennifer truly wanted me to have a good and relaxing experience. She walked me through every moment, helped with breathing techniques, gave a wonderful massage and then after gave me some tips to take home after the massage was complete. My first massage with Jennifer! I had an injury to my ribs due to a fall. She applied the right amount of pressure and I felt the rib area had loosened up. The massage was relaxing and I look forward to my next appointment. Very professional, friendly and ensured I was comfortable. Gave me some gentle exercises I can do at home. A very cute spa with an amazing RMT Jennifer. She truly cares about helping you feel the very best. Also as an added bonus, the day of your treatment, thru an agreement with Ramada, you are able to use their pool and hot tub and also get a discount at the restaurant which has a lovely lake view patio. A win win win in my eyes. Amazing experience!!!
